The kitties and I are always so thankful & feel lucky to have Olivia in our lives. My AC went out while I was away this time & she kept me informed & handled what could've been a serious emergency in the summer heat. She repeatedly goes out of her way for us & has saved all 3 of our butts MANY times! I'm at the point now where I'd probably reschedule or cancel a trip if she wasn't available. Olivia is the best there is!
