“Nate was an amazing dog sitter for our girls! He communicated throughout and sent lots of photos. They seemed really content when we came back. We will for sure ask Nate to watch our pups again in the future.”

About: I’m the friend who always gets the "can you watch my dog?" call because I’ve been around pups of all shapes and sizes since I was five. That lifetime of experience means I’m just as comfortable keeping up with a rambunctious puppy as I am providing a calm, gentle environment for a sweet senior who needs a little extra patience. Pet care fits perfectly into my active lifestyle. My days already revolve around long walks and staying moving, so your pup becomes my dedicated plus-one for every adventure. My schedule is flexible, and when I’m with your pet, they are my main priority—I treat their routine with the same care and focus I give my own. I treat your home and your pet with the same respect I’d want for my own. Whether we're hanging out at my place or yours, I focus on creating a secure, "paws-on" environment where routines are followed strictly so your pet feels safe. I’m all about clear updates and total transparency, so you can relax knowing they’re in good, experienced hands.
About: I’ve grown up having dogs and cats my whole life! They bring me so much joy, and life is so much better with our fluffy friends. Growing up, I’ve been blessed with Shih Tzu’s, a Maltese, a labradoodle, a golden doodle, Siamese cats, a tuxedo cat, and a ragdoll. Besides my own pets, I have lots of experience pet sitting Dalmatians, German Shepherds, and indoor/outdoor cats. I love to spend time with them and will ensure they have everything they need to be happy and healthy. I also have lots of experience administering medicine. I promise to love your fur baby and treat them as I would my own. ❤️ I will talk to them, sing to them, and of course, spoil them! I’m a full-time musician and my week days are usually very flexible. I have shows during evenings and weekends, but I can always make time to check in on your pets for potty and feeding times. With my own dogs and cats, I know how important attention and quality time are for their health and happiness. I will follow your instructions on your pet’s needs, including walks, feeding times, treats, medications, and play!
About: Many of my friends have corgis, so I've spent plenty of time caring for these adorable, energetic little dogs and I've absolutely fallen in love with the breed! Whether your dog loves playtime, cuddles on the couch, neighborhood walks, or simply having someone nearby, I'm happy to tailor care to their personality and routine. I look forward to meeting you and your pup! I work full-time during the week, but I work from home on Fridays, which gives me extra flexibility for walks, check-ins, and quality time with your dog. I understand how important it is to know your pet is getting attention, exercise, and companionship while you're away. Most recently, I cared for a friend's dog and home for an entire month while they were away. During that time, I maintained the dog's normal routine, took them on daily walks, brought them to the dog park and the beach, and made sure they received plenty of attention, exercise, and companionship.
“Shhelby recently watched my dog when I was out of the country and did an amazing job. My dog was having tummy issues and Shhelby handled it so well, was very conscientious, and sent me thorough and frequent updates. She left my place cleaner than she found it and most importantly I could tell she really cared about my dog. Strongly recommend her.”

About: As a previous pet owner, I miss having a fur baby to tend to. I have decades of experience with dogs of varying breeds. My children are now college graduates and have no time commitments or obligations so house sitting suits my lifestyle perfectly. I only accept one family at a time so your pet/s will receive my undivided attention 24/7. As a full time homemaker, I have plenty of time to spend with the dogs. They are never left alone. I devote all of my time to them and I only board a couple of small dogs at a time so they receive very personalized care. I take the dog/s out for a walk or potty break every couple of hours, we may go to a nearby dog park that’s fenced in or go by the beach. I don’t mind cooking for the dog/s, beef or chicken and rice with vegetables is provided at times. Regarding safety- that’s always my top priority. When walking them; I always have them in a harness to keep them secure.
“Jane was fantastic with watching our reactive pup for 3 nights, and was awesome at communicating throughout the stay! She even tidied up kitchen and restroom, which was much more than we asked for. Thank you so much, Jane!”

“Katerina was amazing. She kept the house clean, and our dogs were always entertained. She walked them for 45 minutes twice a day and sent us photos of Lory and Rosie every day. Definitely my go-to sitter!”

“Carey did a great job taking care of our dog while we were away. She kept us updated on his activities, shared several pictures, and made sure he was well looked after. She also took good care of our home, which we really appreciated. We’d be happy to book her again in the future and would recommend her to others looking for a reliable dog sitter!”

About: I've been taking care of dogs since I can remembers. We grew up with a Chihuahua and German Shepherd, and now I have a Husky. I love taking her for long walks and hikes on the weekends! I currently work from home, so I have a very flexible schedule. I can't board any pets, but I can generally petsit with some notice! I've cared for pets in multiple client's home. Some are crated and others are allowed to roam freely, this all just depends on what you prefer.

About: I have had pets since I was born so I have always loved having animals around. I am a very reliable person who cares about taking care of pets. I am a college student and would love to help out with pets as I have plenty of time to check on them and give them attention between my classes or on the weekends! About: Hello! I’m a lifelong dog lover. The corgi you see in my photo is my beloved baby of nearly 14 years, Namie. She went to woof planet this year, and I’m not ready for a new dog anytime soon. Recently, a friend asked if I could pet-sit, and I realized how therapeutic it felt for me. It also made me happy knowing they trusted me with their fur babies, especially since I have years of experience caring for my own. Before Namie came into my life, I was also a dog walker, but later transitioned into office work. Truthfully, I’ve always felt deeply connected to animals since I was a kid. I will treat your fur baby with the same level of care and attention, because I truly understand how much they mean to you. They are family, and they deserve the best. I’m currently a psychology student and am usually at school in the mornings to early afternoons, Monday through Thursday (depending on the quarter). I am fully available during the weekends. My priority has always been to return home as soon as possible to care for my dog; making sure she could go out, feel safe, and stay relaxed. I will give your fur baby that same level of care, attention, and love. When caring for your pet in your home, I understand that every fur baby needs time to feel comfortable with someone new. I always approach slowly and calmly, allowing them to get to know me at their own pace. I may use treats or their favorite toy to help build trust, but I also respect their space and wait for them to approach me when they’re ready. Once they feel comfortable, we can play, go for a walk around the neighborhood based on your preference, or simply relax together. I understand that every dog is different, some are more active, while others prefer cuddling and quiet time. In my dog’s later years, she preferred staying home, so I’m also very comfortable providing calm companionship, whether that’s relaxing together, watching TV, or engaging in gentle play like hide and seek. My goal is always to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
About: While I have had dogs in the past (I have a soft spot for Basset hounds and Doxies), I currently do not have any pets of my own, leaving me with plenty of love to give your pets! I'm well equipped to provide lots of snuggles and mental stimulation through a variety of pet friendly activities. Your dog deserves a vacation too, so making sure they feel safe, loved, and enjoy their stay is my #1 priority. References upon request and additional questions are always welcome. As a former dog mom myself, I also know that being away from your pet can sometimes be hard on you as well. So don't worry, I will send plenty of pictures your way to make sure you can see that sweet little pooch of yours while you're gone. I currently office from my home with some local travel during the day. This allows for ample playtime and potty breaks for your sweet dog. I will do my very best to adhere to your dogs schedule and ensure their safety and comfort. If anything strange pops up, I will usually just shoot a text so that we're all on the same page.
Fisher Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
Christine was an absolutely amazing house sitter and took the best care of our boy. We got constant updates and pictures her whole stay and he got spoiled with walks and ball time in the back yard. She also was a lovely house guest and tidied the whole house before we returned. Thank you, Christine! ☺️
Jacquelyn was so great with our nervous little guy, Tommy. He usually has separation anxiety when I leave him but he did better than usual with her. We are so grateful that my husband and I got to spend time in Disneyland thanks to her and calm, loving demeanor which kept our dog calm! We appreciated the cute photos she sent of him while we were in the park, it made us feel better knowing he was well taken care of! Thank you so much!

Dawn hit it off with our moderately shy kitties almost immediately and it was no surprise when they quickly adopted her as their new cuddle-buddy. Dawn also took great care of our cockatiel and koi fish, and sent lots of updates with photos during her stay. We are so glad to have found her!

Holly did an amazing job taking care of our dogs and our home while we were away! She handled our dogs, two Great Danes (including a senior) with so much care, patience, and love. Managing dogs of such different needs isn’t easy, but she made it look effortless. On top of that, she kept our house spotless, which we really appreciated. It was such a relief knowing everything was in great hands. We came home to happy, well-cared-for pups and a clean home. We highly recommend Holly to anyone looking for a responsible, trustworthy, and kind sitter. We’ll definitely be booking her again!

This was our second time booking Will, but our first time having him house sit for us. We couldn’t be more pleased with the care that Will provided for our 2 dogs! He also left our home very clean! We will continue to book Will for all our future pet sitting needs! :)
