About: I genuinely love caring for animals and making sure they feel safe and loved. I have a chocolate lab puppy, so I’m very experienced with energetic dogs and training, and I also have another dog with separation anxiety, which has helped me learn how to comfort pets who may feel nervous or miss their owners. I enjoy helping puppies learn and grow, and I also have a big heart for animals in need—if I ever see a stray, I make it a priority to make sure they’re safe and help them find a home or get help. That same level of care goes into every pet I watch. Pet care fits easily into my routine. I currently work part-time and am not scheduled often, so I have a very flexible schedule and am available most days of the week. I’m able to let your dog out during breaks, as well as before and after work. I’m also willing to get up early or stay late to make sure your pet gets the care and attention they need. keep pets on their normal routine to help them feel comfortable and stress-free. In your home, I follow all instructions and make sure your pet gets plenty of attention and care. In my home, I provide a safe and calm environment with my friendly 7-year-old dog. I can crate your dog if needed and am happy to let them sleep with me if that’s what they’re used to. My chocolate lab puppy stays with another family, so that won’t be a concern.

My husband & I have used Rover in the past (taking our 3 dogs to the sitter for overnights), but it’s approaching 3, or so years now since doing so. We have been fortunate having family members watch our 3 Brittany’s in our home, finding they do much better in their own environment & it also eases my mind. While having a personal acquaintance confirmed 2 months in advance to be lined up for an overnight with them, 3 days before it blew up in our face. We were left scrambling, as our family was unavailable. So, I to Rover, searching for someone who would not only care for 3 dogs, but also commute 20-25 minutes, outside of the Lincoln city limits. Daryn even drove to our home, 2 days before to meet our trio/us & see where she’d be staying! She is such a friendly & sweet, young lady, not to mention, was wonderful with our dogs… they ALL loved her!! She was great about sending me photos, too! We will definitely rebook with Daryn and I will make sure to tell others about her! Thank you so much again, Daryn!

Macy was responsive in the interview process, engaged in a zoom and an in-person meeting prior to dog-sitting. She sent several photos of our dogs during her 17-day stay. When we returned, our plants were alive and the house was in good order, and most importantly, the dogs were healthy.

About: Hi there! I grew up in Nebraska on an acreage surrounded by animals, so caring for pets has always been second nature to me. After years of looking after both dogs and cats, I’ve learned exactly how much attention, comfort, and playtime our furry friends need — and I love being the person who gives it. Along with pet care, I’m a full-time Realtor and also run my own business, which gives me a very flexible schedule. I understand how important it is to have someone responsible in your home while you’re away, whether it’s for work, travel, or anything in between. People who know me would describe me as reliable, easygoing, and genuinely caring. I’m happy to meet beforehand or hop on a quick call so you feel completely comfortable. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pets like family and keep your home in great shape, I’d love to help. Feel free to reach out anytime — I’m excited to meet you and your pets! I am an independent contractor and work for myself so my schedule is a bit more flexible than the average person's schedule. I set my own hours. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, whether I’m in your home or mine. That means sticking to their feeding schedule, walk times, playtime, and any house rules you set. I keep their environment clean, safe, and comfortable, and I make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. My goal is for your pet to feel relaxed, loved, and right at home while you’re away.

I would leave 10 Stars if I could! Elizabeth took amazing care of our three dogs and a cat! After meeting her for the first time I knew she was the person I could trust with my pets. She is professional in all respects. All the dogs reacted calmly when introduced to her. She goes above and beyond what is normally expected. My dogs are very active and require exercise and a lot of attention. Both of those conditionals were met with Elizabeth exercising them twice a day. She is trustworthy, caring, and followed our dog schedule perfectly. Elizabeth showed her ability to handle situations when ants invaded our house. We were able to rid the house of ants with the help of a neighbor and Elizabeth keeping the dogs clear of any toxic over spray. I am so thankful for her taking care of issues when they arise. Communications with Elizabeth were excellent as she was in contact everyday. Upon our return, we found our house clean and devoid of mountains of dog hair. It is so comforting to know you can leave the country and know that your pets are receiving the best care possible. I highly recommend Elizabeth for taking care of any pet.

About: As a dedicated animal lover with over 15 years of experience caring for pets, I provide trustworthy, compassionate, and fun pet care services. I was raised sharing my life with dogs and cats since I was born, and developed a deep understanding of their needs and personalities. I have trained my own dogs in basic commands and am very good at giving pets oral medicine when/if needed. As a volunteer at the Humane Society, I've had the opportunity to work with cats and dogs, helping with daily care, socialization, laundry/cleaning, and enrichment activities. This experience has not only deepened my love for animals but also my skills in animal handling and care. I am an online student and have a pretty flexible schedule, being almost always available for walks, housesitting or visits and in-home boarding, entertainment and cuddling. I care for pets in your home or mine, providing feeding, exercise, playtime, and lots of love. I can tailor my services to meet your pet's individual needs and ensure they feel comfortable and happy while you're away. I live in an appartment within 50 feet from a fenced dog park (it is the area right next to my building).

Joey was incredible with our two German Shepherds. Our dog Ivy is a little shy and timid with new people but Joey gave her the care she needed to feel Right at home and make a new best friend. We cannot recommend him enough and hope Ivy and Guinness are able to see him time and time again when we go o. Trips.

About: I grew up on an acreage in the country and have been surrounded by animals my entire life, from chickens to horses. I’ve always had multiple dogs and cats, and my home was often the place neighbors brought stray or abandoned animals. Many of our pets were adopted from shelters or rescued, which helped build my passion for animal care from a young age. I’ve also helped care for stray cats and participated in TNR (trap-neuter-return) efforts, so I’m very comfortable working with animals of all backgrounds and temperaments. I’m a huge animal lover and advocate, and caring for animals is something I truly enjoy. Currently, I work part-time at Dogger Bark Club, a dog daycare and boarding facility, and at Vintage Heights Veterinary Hospital as a kennel attendant. These roles have given me hands-on experience with dogs and cats in both everyday care and more structured environments. I’m currently in college studying Companion Animal Science with a minor in Business, and I’m passionate about building a career working with animals. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting, and I’m trained in administering medications if needed. With my experience in both a veterinary setting and a daycare environment, I’m confident handling pets of all personalities and needs. I prioritize safety, follow routines closely, and always send updates and photos so you feel at ease. I treat every pet like my own and truly love what I do. I’m currently in college and keep a well-organized schedule, so I only take on bookings I can fully commit to and give your pet my full attention. My availability will also be more open during the summer. I have a flexible but organized schedule and make sure I only accept bookings I can fully commit to. I’m available most evening weekdays and weekends typically anytime. I am still in school but with increased availability during the summer I will be more open! Your pet’s safety and well-being are always my top priority. I take the time to follow your pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, exercise, medications, and any specific instructions you provide. I understand how important consistency is, especially for reducing stress. With my experience working in both a veterinary hospital and a dog daycare/boarding facility, I’m trained to recognize signs of stress, illness, or discomfort and respond appropriately. I’m comfortable administering medications if needed and handling pets of all temperaments safely. I make sure pets are always in a secure environment, whether that means properly leashing dogs, monitoring interactions, or keeping a close eye on their surroundings. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident and at ease while you’re away. Most importantly, I treat every pet like my own—with patience, attention, and genuine care.

About: I’ve been a pet owner my whole life! I also began pet sitting at a very young age. I’ve dealt with dogs and cats of ages that range from newborn to 15. I also have experience working in an animal boarding facility. I was tasked with taking care of 50 dogs and several cats at a time as well as cats and bunnies on occasion. I administered medication and meals that followed strict diets. I would also walk each pup daily (if required by owner). I have a love for all pups and I will always do whatever I can to ensure they are happy and taken care of! I work 10-3 on weekdays and either afternoons or evenings on weekends. Other than that I am usually free and can be very flexible! As of now, I am living in an apartment. There is a dog park nearby with plenty of room for pups to run and play.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and currently have two dogs back home in Omaha that I absolutely adore. Being away from them during my last summer in Lincoln made me realize how much joy animals bring into my life, which is what inspired me to join Rover. I’m experienced with daily walks, feeding routines, playtime, administering basic care, and giving pets lots of attention and affection. I understand how important trust and communication are when leaving your pets with someone, so I always aim to provide dependable care and regular updates with photos. I work full time during weekdays, so I’m best suited for pets comfortable with a daytime routine, but I make sure they receive plenty of love, exercise, potty breaks, and attention before and after work (I am also more than willing to leave during my lunch if need be!!) I truly treat every pet like family and want them to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy. I work weekdays during the day, but I’m available for morning and evening walks, drop in visits, overnight care, and weekend availability. I always make time to give pets attention, exercise, affection, and consistent care so they feel comfortable and safe while their owners are away. I always prioritize creating a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for every pet in my care. I carefully follow feeding schedules, potty routines, walking instructions, and any special care requests provided by owners. About: I treat clients' homes and family members with utmost care and respect, and I love on my pet clients like they are my own. I have nearly a decade of professional sitting experience at all stages of the life cycle, from bottle feeding to end-of-life support. My availability opened up when my beloved cat, Hugo, passed in December 2025. He was my special big boy and my joy; I miss him every day! During the last year of his life, I managed his multiple major health conditions including diabetes, kidney failure, and congestive heart failure. He had chronic urinary issues for his entire life despite prescription diets and various intervention attempts, and thus I was always on the lookout for signs of UTI. My boy was anxious and became notorious at multiple veterinary clinics for getting agitated during his checkups. I am eternally grateful to every person who showed him love and gentleness when his behavior was challenging. I strive to show the same loving care to my clients with the promise that even "difficult" pets will be treated like my absolute favorite creature on earth. Depending on the level of care required, I am comfortable with meeting in person or virtually before the sit. My ability to give medication will vary by the relationship and administration method. I typically ask that I perform an on-site home visit before the sit with any pets needing insulin injections, oral (both pill and liquid) medications, or subcutaneous fluid. As a singer and gig worker, I ensure that flexibility is built into my schedule. I am frequently available during business hours and around holidays! Bringing a sense of security is critical in this work. I have one client who requested a short video of the door being locked each day. I will work with you and make every effort to let you know that your home and/or loved one is in good hands.
