“Shannon was the ansolute best for my senior pittie. I was so nervous about having someone watch him for an entire week while on vacay. Mostly due to his diabetes and needing insulin injections every 12 hrs. Not only did she manage his diabetes well she provided a fun environment for him, updates on his goofy behavior (lol) and a welcoming environment with many other pups for him to play with. I found my Rover sitter! Hands down. And less than 15 min drive from my home too ☺ ? thank you Shannon. I highly recommend!!”

I’ve showed Golden, Poms, GSD, husky and our current pet is a Berner/Pyrenees. Groomed all of them too. Also experienced with livestock, so I can handle anything! Grew up with horses, goats, cats and rabbits. Super excited to meet your baby! I am looking to fill some time, so I would be super excited to visit your pet! I’m also very flexible on scheduling as well. I will try to keep your pet to their normal schedule, so even if you are gone, they will not be too upset. About: I grew up with a dog in our household, and I had my own rescue girl. I have been heavily involved as a volunteer with the rescue playing, walking and caring for the all different kinds of dogs. I work a hybrid office and home schedule with flexible hours. Mornings, lunch hours and late afternoons, after work, as well as evenings are available. I’m happy to discuss with you your dogs preference for walking. Trail walks, trip to the dog park, beach water play, and everything in between! I do have a large fenced in backyard as well if you’d like your pooch to hang with me for a few hours during the day for company.

“We have great things to say about Anushka. She was accepted our appointment request immediately and she was very attentive to our arrival. After a brief discussion she took the lead and we could see right away that Cypress was relaxed with her. While Cypress was only with her for a few hours, based on the pictures she sent and the report she provided, Anushka was clearly in tune with our dog’s needs and Cypress was a happy dog when we picked her up. We look forward to working with Anushka in the future.”

About: Hi there! I'm Liz! I am the owner and operator of Critter Care and Rescue! Everyone who knows me, knows that my life revolves around animals! I personally own/foster/rehab dogs, cats, horses, small animals and even wildlife! Professionally, I've worked in the animal field since my first job at a pet boarding facility when I was 17. - I am trained for dog/cat Heimlich & CPR (have successfully used that training to save a dog's life!) - Over 20 years of experience with practically every domesticated pet - Worked for 3 years professionally as a canine trainer - I do wildlife rehab, and have successfully rehabbed and released numerous wild critters! - I fear no species, breed or size! I own my own company - Critter Care and Rescue! This is my full time job, which allows me the freedom to pick up pet care appointments, even with very short notice. I treat every animal I interact with as if they are my own. I am hyper vigilant about safety- whether that is environmental, the animal's health or the body language an animal is showing. I can guarantee that any animal in my care would be protected with my life.

About: I’ve raised my 2 dogs from puppies. I care for them just like my own children. Since my kid and fur babies are young I’m always active. We enjoy going in walks and playing fetch! I was tired of feeding them kibble so I make them homemade dog food! I work part time, so I’m always with my pups in the morning everyday. They get all my attention. We go for walks at least twice a day, one in the morning and one in the evening and we go potty every 2-3 hours I definitely try to follow routine in my house and in a clients house. So our pups become family with what to do and not do. I temporarily have an unfenced backyard but our pups are not able to run off anywhere. I never leave my dogs outside unattended
