About: As someone who genuinely loves taking care of animals, this role is perfect for me. I am that person that will stop on the street to pet any and all dogs (if their owners allow it!) I am a full time nursing student graduating in December and also work at the hospital, but would love to also schedule some animal time in as well :) I am mostly free on weekends due to my school schedule, but may vary week to week. I can usually be fairly flexible though depending on the week! I am very detailed and organized, so steps for taking care of your pets will not be missed! I will treat your dogs as if they were my own.

Although my boys are somewhat trained and are good with other dogs and kids, not everyone is willing to watch two Huskies! She also showed good care and is knowledgeable of training. I have been a dog owner my entire life and I know how to read the body language of dogs. I nurture trust so that your dog is as happy here as s/he is in your home. We have two rescue dogs here in the home, Phoebe and Canela. Phoebe has been with us since she was a tiny chiweenie puppy six years ago, and Canela is a two year old sweetheart that was starving/living on the streets in Oaxaca, Mexico. Little did I know when I fell in love with her that the only way to get her home was to have her driven here in February! I am a writer and have a small gardening & vintage business which allows me to be at home close to full-time. Because I have a fenced in yard, I leave the door to my back porch open and our dogs go in and out of the home as they wish. I am here to monitor them, of course! I have a big fenced yard and two dogs that love to play and go for walks on the Greenbelt which is across the street. When they are inside, they sleep like queens on the couch or bed. Their favorite activity when they are not playing is to stare out the front window from the bed and bark at all the dogs that dare walk by our home.

I have professional experience working at a dog training school which included training, walking, feeding, and playing the dogs. This experience gave me knowledge that will keep your dog safe and engaged with my care. There I dealt with hundreds of different dogs. I am comfortable with all breeds and sizes. FOR DAYCARE - my husband and I both work remotely M,T,F. Accepting dogs these days in our home. We have a large fenced in back yard, secure enough that keeps our husky in. Your pup can hang out there all day or in our home. I also love cats so much and love hanging out with them! I’ll go at their own pace and give as much pets and play time as they’ll have. Owning a husky and working for a dog daycare center has exposed me to many different temperaments. My own dog can be very high energy and difficult at times, so I’m used to it all!
