About: I raised, trained, and cared for my family dog from a puppy when I was in high school. Post college I adopted a senior dog and cared for him for the last couple of years of his life. In the meantime I have been a sitter for friends and family dogs and cats over the years. I am used to giving medications (even when it needs to be disguised) and staying on a feeding schedules. I am very up for caring for senior dogs who want to lay around the house, and equally ready to go on long walks with a dog with more energy. I work from home always, so will be around during the day for pups who like to hang! I'm on the East End of Portland with the Eastern Prom very close by so plenty of places to walk and explore. The afternoon tends to be a bit busier for me so I may not be able to take an extended break but can make sure your pup has plenty of bathroom breaks and long walks. I am kind and courteous of other people's space. I offer sitting in your space or walks, because my apartment doesn't allow me to have dogs.

Daily excursions are available, such as trips to Mackworth Island, Fort Williams, or Bradbury Mountain. I have a flexible work schedule which gives me the ability to move things around to meet your dog's specific needs.
