About: I'm excited to be back to doing what I love best after some time away raising a kiddo and creating a home dreamy for humans and furry friends alike. Treat your canine friend to a retreat in the country and feel comfortable leaving them in the hands of a professional and certified trainer. With over forty years of experience with animals and as a reputable Trainer for an Assistance Dog organization, i have a strong background with animals and can provide a safe and fun environment. My home is a canine paradise! It's quiet and serene with plenty of shade, a fully fenced yard, and a private dirt road that meanders through the countryside right out our back door, - perfect for walks for the dogs. There ia a resident Labrador retrievers named "Heart" and a Bernese Mountaing Dog named "Stormy" They are great ambassadors and love to host furry friends. I can also offer training, baths/grooming just ask if you think you would like this. We look forward to your dogs vacay with us. Why I love dog sitting I know when I leave for vacation, knowing my animals are in good hands allows for me to relax and enjoy my time away worry free. Animal owners are some of the best people I have known and I love meeting new friends, human and furry alike. I work part time from home, so it makes for the ideal environment to incorporate dog sitting into the day. I care for the dogs as if they were my own and I hope that you will allow us the honor to care for you animals(s). I am currently working from home. I leave the house on occasion but can either take your dog with me for a car ride if they like that, leave your dog home or if you would prefer, crate it for a short time. I am never gone long when dogs are n my care. I treat all dogs as if they are my own and follow the instructions of the owners on what to do to make them comfortable while in my home.

About: I have been a nurse for 22 years. I am in school again and at home with my 17 lb dog all the time. I have cared for dogs my whole life and taken care of my friends dogs while they travel for as along as I can remember. I have a large fenced in back yard and a dog door. I am easily able to handle medication and medications schedules. My dog loves to play with other dogs and I am hoping to find regulars who would like frequent care so she can have her friends over! I am in school full time via an online program so I am home a tremendous amount. There will be a few days a week that I go into a clinic for 8 hours but most days and nights I am home. We go on nightly walks as well. There is a large fenced yard and in general the back door is open and my dog goes in and out as she wishes! I am very flexible!

“We booked Sheila last minute and she was able to accommodate care for Gabby. We booked a tour with Safari West which was less than 20 minutes from her house. When we got to her home, she greeted us and Gabby appeared to like Sheila right away, so much so that we called her “Aunty Sheila”. It made me feel at ease knowing that Gabby would be cared for by a stranger who felt like family. While we were away, Sheila sent us a photo of Gabby playing with a chew toy. Sheila’s home had everything Gabby needed (crate, toys, and a big fence yard. We would definitely use her again!”

Cats have also been a huge part of my life. I’ve lived in multi-cat households for most of my life and have experience with cats and kittens of all personalities. One of my most memorable experiences was when a stray cat came into my home and ended up giving birth to her kittens right on my lap! 🥹🐱 I’m also comfortable caring for chickens and have some experience with birds, rabbits, reptiles, and fish. I regularly pet sit for friends and family, and I decided to join Rover because caring for animals is genuinely something I love doing. About: I’ve had pets in my life since childhood, growing up on a farm with dogs, cats, and horses. Caring for pets is second nature to me. Since moving to the U. S. 20 years ago, I’ve looked after friends and neighbors’ dogs, including diabetic and senior pups that need extra love and attention. I treat every dog like family, with patience, kindness, and genuine care. I’m a UCLA nursing student currently doing clinical hours only three days a week, which gives me plenty of flexible time throughout the day. That means I’m able to give your pet lots of attention, playtime, and long walks. Whether it’s daily check-ins or longer stays, I can easily fit pet care into my schedule and make sure your pup feels loved and cared for. In your home, I follow your pet’s routine so they stay comfortable and stress-free. In my home, I have a fenced yard and a beautiful neighborhood for walks. I also stick closely to their usual schedule. No matter the place, your pet gets consistent, loving care.
