Treat your canine friend to a retreat in the country and feel comfortable leaving them in the hands of a professional and certified trainer. With over forty years of experience with animals and as a reputable Trainer for an Assistance Dog organization, i have a strong background with animals and can provide a safe and fun environment. My home is a canine paradise! It's quiet and serene with plenty of shade, a fully fenced yard, and a private dirt road that meanders through the countryside right out our back door, - perfect for walks for the dogs. There ia a resident Labrador retrievers named "Heart" and a Bernese Mountaing Dog named "Stormy" They are great ambassadors and love to host furry friends. I can also offer training, baths/grooming just ask if you think you would like this. We look forward to your dogs vacay with us. Why I love dog sitting I know when I leave for vacation, knowing my animals are in good hands allows for me to relax and enjoy my time away worry free. Animal owners are some of the best people I have known and I love meeting new friends, human and furry alike. I work part time from home, so it makes for the ideal environment to incorporate dog sitting into the day. I care for the dogs as if they were my own and I hope that you will allow us the honor to care for you animals(s). I am currently working from home. I leave the house on occasion but can either take your dog with me for a car ride if they like that, leave your dog home or if you would prefer, crate it for a short time. I am never gone long when dogs are n my care. I treat all dogs as if they are my own and follow the instructions of the owners on what to do to make them comfortable while in my home.

About: I grew up in a neighborhood my friends used to call “the farm”. We had 3 dogs, one neighbor had chickens, one neighbor had horses, and another neighbor had goats. Along with various dogs and cats at each house. Because I was the oldest kid in the neighborhood, I was the go-to person anytime a neighbor needed a house sitter or even just needed me to feed their pet dinner since they were out late. When I got older and started driving, I began dog sitting for our large group of friends, taking care of all sizes of dogs, cats, and the occasional reptile. Although I work part-time, I am generally available 7 days a week for house sitting. I am willing to accommodate crazy schedules and last minute plans if need be. I have a small home but a big yard, so while I can’t accommodate boarding, I have a large outdoor space and my own pup that is eager for play dates during the day. As for house sitting, I provide attentive, personalized care in my client’s home so your pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I follow each pet’s routine closely. With my history in the animal health field, I am comfortable administering any medications if needed. As a person who values communication, I provide regular ‘pupdates’ and pictures so owners feel confident their pets are happy, safe, and well cared for.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was very young. I enjoy spending time with them, doing everything from playing, to walking, to lounging on the couch! I work full time with a relatively flexible schedule and the occasional work from home day. I am available on weekends and weekdays after work. I have one cat at home who is very friendly, but shy! He will likely stay under my bed and out of the way while your pet is in my home. I can also crate your baby if necessary and spoil them with treats and snuggles.

Animals communicate and respond through peoples energy and I feel its how they know to feel safe. I care for dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, lizards etc. And am happy to answer any questions on all. I work for myself so I have a flexible schedule and can usually accommodate most schedule needs of pet parents. I typically make morning and evening rounds and unless I am out of town I am available 7 days a week. About: Semi-retired RN, loves all animals , will play ball, run, walk, to keep doggy happy. Have very nice backyard and home. Special needs dog are welcomed for an extra charge of $5 per day. Have two cats who are dog savvy, but don't like to be chased. Have had a fospice dog from SPCA I took care of for two yrs. Will treat your dog special. Our dog was obviously happy when we returned but wasn't overly excited or anxious, he sometimes bite his fur when he gets nervous and we expected the spots on his leg to be worse when we got back but they had completely healed and his coats was beautiful and shiny - leading me to believe he was very happy with his care during our time away!”

About: I grew up with dogs, currently I have an in door out door cat and have had bunnies as an adult as as well. I really enjoy playing with animals and always have since I was a child. My schedule is very flexible and I would be able to accommodate most requests with specific times that could be required to care for your pet I have a fenced in back patio that would suit a small dog. I live near parks that would be fun to walk to and play at for them.
