About: I’m the lady who crosses the street to ask if I can pet your dog. I love all dogs, but big dogs have my heart. I confess, I’m also the lady that will remember your dog’s name, age and origins, but perhaps not always your name. Although I have the confidence and experience to befriend your big dogs, that shouldn’t suggest that I don’t love our smaller friends, as well. Big and small, I love them all❣️ I’ve been responsible for animals most of my life. Chiefly, I’ve had the privilege to care and own big dogs. Growing up, we had a Sheppard-Mastiff mix, and that’s when my love for big dogs began. In our house, we had a macaw, cockatoo, kākāriki, ring-necked parakeet, and a cockatiel, tropical/ saltwater fish, dogs, and cats. I continue to be a proud breed ambassador and have owned 4 Rottweilers over the years. I’ve been gainfully employed as a civil servant for 25 years. After my last Rottweiler passed away, I wanted to care for a dog again, but haven’t adopted quite yet. I enjoy hiking, outdoor activities, walking and traveling, and of course dogs! I’ve had the privilege to care for our misunderstood and sometimes reactive dog friends, as well. All dogs deserve love. I helped welp Belgian Malinois puppies and ensure they found loving, deserving homes. I joke that, “If the choice was between world peace or puppies, I would choose puppies.” I can’t wait to meet your doggie! Since I’m a civil servant, my schedule is consistent. I have free nights and 3-day weekends. I enjoy a lot of free time that I would like to fulfill with dogs. I have a secured, fenced yard. I can also kennel your pets as well. My responsibility to you is ensuring your family member is secure in my charge.

About: I grew up in a neighborhood my friends used to call “the farm”. We had 3 dogs, one neighbor had chickens, one neighbor had horses, and another neighbor had goats. Along with various dogs and cats at each house. Because I was the oldest kid in the neighborhood, I was the go-to person anytime a neighbor needed a house sitter or even just needed me to feed their pet dinner since they were out late. When I got older and started driving, I began dog sitting for our large group of friends, taking care of all sizes of dogs, cats, and the occasional reptile. Although I work part-time, I am generally available 7 days a week for house sitting. I am willing to accommodate crazy schedules and last minute plans if need be. I have a small home but a big yard, so while I can’t accommodate boarding, I have a large outdoor space and my own pup that is eager for play dates during the day. As for house sitting, I provide attentive, personalized care in my client’s home so your pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I follow each pet’s routine closely. With my history in the animal health field, I am comfortable administering any medications if needed. As a person who values communication, I provide regular ‘pupdates’ and pictures so owners feel confident their pets are happy, safe, and well cared for.

About: Hello! My name is Giselle; I am a 25-year-old full time medical assistant as well a part time student. I love animals, especially cats and dogs. I have two cats of my own, as well as small dog. I have had them since babies, so I have experience in raising animals, not only that but doing my research in order to be a great pet parent. I also have experience from working at a doggy day care. I had responsibilities to watch over small, medium and large dogs, feed, them and bathe them. I also have experience with dog boarding as I would also stay overnight some days of the week. One of the best jobs I have ever done. Ultimately my career will be in the medical field, but I hold working with animals close to my heart! I am currently on winter break, so with that being said I am open and more available than I would be during the semester! I am available weekends and weekday evenings since I work 8-5pm! I have a fenced yard, and pet proofed home. Since I have pets of my own, I have to be on top of their safety, so nothing I am not used to.

About: I’ve been walking my own dogs and taking care of them of over 10 years and I’ve been doing these types of apps for around a year I’m super flexible and free pretty much anytime—my schedule’s wide open right now, so I can hop on walks, drop-ins, boarding, or playtime whenever your pup needs it! Hey, I’ve got a big fenced yard—tons of space for safe play and running around. My one friendly dog loves company, and I can crate if needed.

About: I’m a Santa Rosa/Sonoma County local and lifelong animal lover with experience caring for cats of all personalities. We have an easygoing outdoor cat of our own who we absolutely adore, so I understand that cats like their routines, their space, and affection on their own terms! 🐱❤️ I’m happy to help with feeding, fresh water, litter box care, playtime, outdoor/indoor routines, and of course plenty of love and attention. I know how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your cat while you’re away, and I’ll treat yours with the same patience and care I give my own. I’m fortunate to have a flexible full-time job and work from home a few days a week, with the ability to work remotely longer when needed. This gives me plenty of flexibility to pop in and check on your pets throughout the day. I’m also free most weekends and never work past 5 PM Monday–Friday, so I can easily make time for walks, feedings, check-ins, playtime, and plenty of love and attention. I’ll treat every pet as if they were my own, whether I’m caring for them in their home or welcoming them into mine. I have a fenced yard and a pet-friendly home where their comfort and safety come first. To me, animals are family and deserve to be treated with love, patience, attention, and plenty of affection.

About: When I adopted my first dog he was incredibly nervous around people he is now very friendly and loves scenting challenges. I’ve used my skills to help others improve their relationship with their animals and created a trusting relationship to care for pets when their families are out of town. I have a flexible schedule that can be adjusted to meet your needs. I do prefer to include some time for an animal introduction for all new families. I have a strong history of animal care that meet the needs of my clients. Every pet is different and I am able to adapt and accommodate to different attitudes, schedules for feeding, medical care, walking and entertaining. I work to make sure pets are comfortable and clients return to the same feeling as if they just got home from work.

Have two cats who are dog savvy, but don't like to be chased. Have had a fospice dog from SPCA I took care of for two yrs. Will treat your dog special. About: I grew up with many animals in our household from dogs, cats, turtles, birds, fish, and bunnies and always had a unique connection to them. I have an innate empathetic understanding with them. I have experience with training younger dogs, as well as taking care of elderly dogs. I have experience providing necessary medication if needed, as well as lots of love and snuggles and adventurous hikes or leisurely walks for elderly animals. Currently I have a cat and would love to have another dog but for now getting to take care of other people's dogs or cats would satisfy my desire to be around lots of animals. I am currently a full-time student and I work remotely online so my schedule is flexible and I can work from anywhere. I would prefer to watch dogs and cats in your home. I like to communicate with the owner of the pet and get a clear understanding if there is a particular feeding or walk schedule, as well as if medications are required, or crate preferences. I am happy to send a photo of your animal baby each day if you like daily check ups. I love communication so trust and understanding are developed between myself and the owner.

About: I am an animal lover and treat my own pets like part of the family. I am very active and love to take dogs on walks and I will love taking yours! I know they live for their walks! I will throw balls for your dog and take them to the park if wanted. I treat every dog the same and love them all...BIG or small. I am open to cats as well! My house is calm and tranquil. There are no kids in my house. My husky mix recently passed away suddenly in October and I miss her so much... Her name was Lily and she lived for her 2x/day walks. That is part of why I am doing this as a part time job because I miss my dog and would love to be around animals more. Pick me to take care of your loved one! I do work full time and I am gone 8-5 unfortunately. So weekends would be best for me. I’d be willing to do weekdays but you would have to be comfortable with me being gone during the day. I would take them on 2-3 walks per day.. 1 in the morning before work and 1 as soon as I get home from work. Unfortunately I don’t have a yard, just a small deck. If it’s a cat, I would make sure they had care and attention when I am home.
