Before boarding Lumo for 10 days, we had an initial meet-and-greet where Sant walked me through where Lumo would be staying, playing, and spending his time. Being able to see the environment beforehand gave me so much peace of mind and made me feel comfortable leaving Lumo in Sant’s care. Throughout the stay, Sant consistently sent photos and videos, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I always felt comfortable reaching out with questions, knowing Sant was equally proactive in keeping me updated. Since this was Lumo’s first time staying with Sant, communication was especially important in making the experience a success, and Sant absolutely delivered.
