“For starters, Alex is a phenomenal person making him a better than great dog sitter! He has an obvious innate ability to bond with dogs immediately. While our dog Django is very friendly, he doesn’t jump right into cuddling up to people he hasn’t met before until after he’s been able to feel someone out for a couple of days. Well after receiving pictures from Alex at about the 2-3hr mark of Django’s stay with him proved that Django felt so comfortable with him that he had decided to cuddle up right at Alex’s feet (he currently only does this for us and his “grandma”! Alex sent many more pics proving just how much Django was enjoying his stay in their home! He and his gf had two other dogs there during Django’s stay which I think always raises some internal caution in dog owners at first, but I feel that if you provide an environment that’s filled with love and positive energy, (which Alex & his gf have that part nailed down!), it leaves little to no room for anything bad to occur. I HIGHLY recommend Alex to care for your canines!! We have been looking for a replacement sitter since our regular sitter moved away and I’m 100% confident we found our new canine caregiver! About: I love dogs and since I’m home full time, I’d love to give your doggos the attention they deserve while you’re away! I make single ingredient treats such as dehydrated sweet potato chips. I’ve trained friend’s puppies and my own. I do need small dogs only, especially so I can pick them up and snuggle them! I work full time remotely so I’m always home! I can take your dog out as frequently as they need to go. I can adhere to any diet and medicines they need. I walk my dog daily and your dog can either join or stay home with me and my husband walks our dog. Your dog will be cared for by both me and my husband. I have a fenced yard at home. I do have a 2 year old Maltese Shih Tzu so your dog will have a buddy! We can also keep them separated in my home if you prefer. & I’m happy to go to clients’ homes too if you prefer that. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I can crate my dog, too.

“I’ve known Jenn for a couple years now and in those couple years, I’ve learned how much she loves her dog and how well she cares for him. Her dog and my dog are friends and she often brings him homemade treats and delicious baked goods that he absolutely loves. I’ve seen her care for other dogs as well and they’ve always been welcome and cared for in her home. Her dog is also very friendly and enjoys people and other dogs! He loves playing with other dogs of all sizes. Jenn works from home and is very communicative. She would be a great person to care for a loved pet while on vacation!”

Patricia is absolutely amazing! She took incredible care of our doggo while we were away, going above and beyond to make sure he was happy, healthy, and loved. She made sure he got all of his medications on time and gave him tons of affection, which really put our minds at ease. We had to book for 1.5 weeks fairly last minute and Michelle was very accommodating. We did a meet and greet and a half day to get our anxious dog used to Michelle and the house. Michelle was very sweet with Tuli and gave her space. I could tell Tuli was having a great time and enjoyed her stay. Michelle sent pictures and updates regularly which were fun to see and eased our anxiety. Can't recommend Michelle enough.
Emma really helped us out in a pinch when our first pet sitter canceled on us the day before our 2 week trip. It was definitely meant to be. We were at ease and so grateful that it worked out. Our pups had a blast and had so much fun! We got daily updates and pictures. And when our Maggie hurt her paw they took such good care of her. Thank you Emma!

Nathan was fantastic. I had circumstances change at the last minute with another boarding place, and had to find somewhere the day before going out of town. A friend told me about Rover and I sent out some requests. Nathan got back to me right away, we talked, and the next day I dropped off Tadashi for 6 days. Everything was amazing and hassle-free. Nathan was very communicative, sending photos & video every day to put me at ease. He was great with Tadashi and his pup Bruce got along very well. They live right next to a nice ark, and so got lots of good walks and play time every day. Nathan was also very accommodating and understandable about some of the unforseen transition issues that came up (e.g. Tadashi knocked over some of their plants trying to get to the window to look for me, as he does at home), and didn't complain at all. I can keep saying many good things. I highly recommend Nathan to look after your pup while you are out of town. Worth every penny. Thanks Nathan!
Ashley was amazing! She was great to work with and adapted with my chaos. She watched my 2 older dogs and everything went great. She gave them baths and trimmed their nails, looked so handsome when I picked them up! Highly recommend her and will use her again for sure!

Laurie was very patient with MJ. He was anxious and afraid to be with someone new. It took MJ a couple of days before he felt comfortable enough to let Laurie come near him. She was the perfect sitter for MJ. She was loving, caring and gave MJ the space and time he needed to feel comfortable in a new place. I highly recommend Laurie.
Paul was an excellent choice for our Buddy. This was a last minute booking and I am so thankful Paul was available. Buddy has a hard time with separation anxiety and Paul had the time and patience to care for him. Paul checked in daily which was wonderful. We definitely hope to book with Paul in the future.
