She was understanding, compassionate, and without hesitation was "there for all of us" when unforseen changes or issues occurred. Randi was great! She helped us feel comfortable immediately. During the meet and greet she took us, her dog, and our dog on a walk to get acclimated to each other. She provided her knowledge about techniques she’s found helpful in working with our little one. During the booking she sent us photos daily and stayed in contact about everything.
