I will be available pretty much all day until the end of July, I am a first year teacher so I still have some summer vacation left. After Augus 12th, I will only be available on afternoons and weekends. I love lists that pet owners provide with do’s and dont’s, including feeding, walking, and cleaning times. Routines are important for a lot of animals, and I want to give them as much consistency as possible while you’re away. I love animals, but I always make sure to give them the space they need when we first meet because I am a new person to get used to.

About: I’ve taken care of countless roommates dogs, before getting my own a couple years ago. Before getting my own I did lots of research on training so she could have a happy, healthy, and safe life. I am committed to a dog’s safety and happiness. I am big on positive reinforcement which is how I’ve trained Buttercup. I’ve worked with multiple dogs on leash training, off leash training (minimal), potty training, and other general commands (sit, stay, come, heel, etc.). I have a full-time job and love hanging out with all the doggos in my free time. A couple of my workdays are fairly long, so I am more available later in the week. Pups (6months+) and dogs are allowed everywhere in my house except my personal bed. It is a modest home, with a fenced back yard (dog castle included). My dog, Buttercup, loves other dogs and is eager to play and be friends when they are. She has had interactions with both younger pups as well as much older doggos (up to 11 years old) and all interactions have gone well. While she’s on the medium-large end (70-75lbs) some of her best doggo friends range from significantly smaller (7-12 lbs) to much larger (100+lbs). She interacts well with different sizes.

My husband Seth has the patience of a saint. We moved here from Pensacola, FL back in January and our love for animals led us to this app. We watched animals back home for our friends and family as well as their friends and families. We're looking to love on as many animals as possible. I wish I could take in all the pup and cats. I work from home which means I walk my dog on every break. I also have a fenced in back yard where they can play for additional activity and easy and consistent potty breaks. I do have a cat. My husband wakes up at 6 to let the dog out. And I'm up around 7-7:30 to feed and walk my pup before work at 8:30. I can be up earlier if needed. I have time when I'm working to walks the dogs as requested. My husband is military and is off relatively early so we can adapt to any strict routines you may have. I am able to send pics throughout the day, and I am available to text back. I do work out for an hour a day, but it is usually when my husband is home. We are both off weekends and like to take my dog on walks or to the big yard on base to play fetch. I do prefer kennel trained unless the dog is very well behaved with no destructive tendencies. I have a fenced in back yard, and a dog that can help run energy out of yours. I have a decent sized house with no choking hazards available since my dog is 18 weeks (she is fully vaccinated and healthy). We make sure my pup has her toys constantly and is always in my view to watch her, and I will treat yours as my own. Treats are a must if allowed. I am very strict with routines, and I will respect all obligations needed. I do know how to do CPR and first aid for dogs, but I am not certified in that area.

About: My name is Patrick, my family has owned 6 dogs all from when they were puppies, I love dogs and will care for yours as if they are my own. I will walk with the dogs (run if requested) currently I have two dogs marlow and mimi one suffers from epilepsy so I know what to do if there are any problems with the dog or dogs. I can brush and groom dogs, I previously had a husky so I am used to shedding. My dogs love to go on walks, when I walk them I usually avoid taking the same route so they can have new smells and it seems to be more enjoyable for them. I love to meet new animals and learn about different breeds of dogs.
