“Allison did a great job house sitting and taking care of Dax at the last minute! She sent lots of updates and photos. The house was very clean too! My only issue was the $20 meet n greet fee which I thought would be deducted from the booking once confirmed. Even though her bio says, “to be modified in the final price once a booking is confirmed” I still thought it meant she would take it off the price upon booking, but she adds it no matter whether you book or not. I’ve used Rover for almost 2 years and never had to pay someone to meet. I also pay fees when booking Rover too…. So it’s part of the program. I, too, lose out on my time if someone meets Dax and decides he’s too big or not a good fit for them. I don’t get paid for my time going to job interviews or when I’ve interviewed babysitters…. So just something to consider.”

They took the initiative to make sure they had all the information before we left and provided periodic updates while we were gone (I didn’t even expect them to do that). They were very caring and responsible, and did everything we asked. I would ask them to take care of any of our pets in a heartbeat if we ever need someone again.”

It is honestly inspiring to watch the joyful way Nichelle interacts with animals. She delights in their individual personalities and enjoys doting on them. I was especially impressed at the careful attention she pays to her own dog's diet and care. She is also very meticulous--always making sure her dog is well groomed and of course, cleaned up after on walks. Nichelle's huge heart for animals makes her an ideal candidate to work with anyone's pet.”
