About: I have had cats all my life and have been the proud owner of a mini Aussie dog for almost 1.5 years. I have always had a passion for animals and actually have a degree in Animal Health and Behavior. I had dreams of being a zookeeper but unfortunately had to postpone those due to personal reasons. However, my heart is still in taking care of animals/pets, and I'd love to help you with yours! I am currently unemployed and my husband works a 7-5 Mon-Fri job. Therefore I'm available to pet sit or do walks on the weekdays! Late morning-afternoon preferred. I can drive to your house and walk your dog around the neighborhood. I have my own dog as well, and could even have them play at our apartment complex (lots of outdoor space). Because of my skittish cat, it would be difficult to bring your dogs inside my apartment, but can do so if necessary.

I am a teacher and mornings are not generally an option but I’m free in the afternoons and evenings and on the weekends, can be flexible! About: I’ve had dogs in my house for as long as I have been alive and have a great love for dogs and cats alike. I have years of experience pet sitting for both dogs and cats. I currently work a full time job but have Sunday through Tuesday off every week and have plenty of time to drop in and feed or play with your pet as well as take your pet for a walk. I am un able to take dogs into my home as my current residence does not allow dogs, but I am more than happy to drop in to your home and take care of your pet.

About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was a little kid and helped my parents at my uncle’s farm. I truly love all animals and enjoy their individual personalities. I have experience dog/house sitting dating back to 2000 in the Camden area. Since we moved last year, I’m looking to meet new clients and help you with your furry loved one in the Waterville area. I worked in animal hospitals in my early 20s so I have a great wealth of knowledge to draw from in many areas (but not exotic pets, as none of the veterinarians I worked with were specialtists.) I’m currently working with the ability to come home during lunch. I am available for walkies before work, during lunch, after work and prior to bedtime. Any pet I take care of is treated as if they’re a member of the family. I believe in spoiling pets with love, but keeping the boundaries of the owner so as not to undo any training. Reinforcing good behavior is always a priority.

About: As a lifelong dog owner, I know the importance of feeling confidence in your pet’s care while you are away – for the day or for weeks. I grew up with German Shepards, Labrador Retrievers, Weimaraners, and of course your traditional mutts. I’m comfortable with medium and large breeds with varying degrees of energy and structure needs. In adulthood I’ve dedicated myself to seniors and pups with special needs. My current pack is all neutered males - Riley (12), Vinnie (17), Gilroy (4, Cerebellar Aplasia), and Louie (4, Blind). Everyone in the pack is dog friendly and more importantly I know them well and how to navigate introducing new members. Pack management is a critical and advantageous skill I live in a single family detached home with a large fenced in yard. The dogs are allowed on the furniture. I have extra crates, cots, dog beds, and toys. With a traditional cape style, I can also keep pack members separate if needed, especially at mealtime to keep everyone safe. My home and I have been approved by three different reputable rescues in the last 3 years. I have established relationships with not only my local vet, Dirigo, but also specialists at Maine Veterinary Medical Center. I have experience with high needs behavioral and physical pups. Though I do not think taking in an aggressive dog into the pack for sitting is a good idea, I am comfortable and understand dogs with anxiety that might need some extra time or care. I have experience with dogs paralyzed in the back end, cerebellar hypoplasia (wobbly), cerebellar aplasia (no balance), hydrocephalus, blindness, senior needs, puppy needs and training. In the last year my pack has included three more pups (may two rest in peace, and one continue to live his best life with his forever mom) and so I open my home to boarding knowing that my current boys are already okay with new members. If you have any questions please reach out! I work from home five days a week. I work from home full-time and can navigate my schedule most days by the needs of the pack. Without a doubt they can go outside whenever they need. At most during the week I could leave the house from 1-3 hours. I will sometimes need to leave the house for 2-6 hours at a time especially on weekends, but can arrange any accommodation that makes your pup comfortable – free, crate, room etc. All dogs are allowed on the couch and my bed, though not all will sleep on the bed at night. I make sure to have a dog bed available for each pup in the house and have crate options too if individual space makes your pup feel more comfortable. The house is set up so that all living is on the first floor, so there are only two stairs into the home and two stairs off of the deck. During the warmer months I have a dog door for free access to the fenced in yard. However, in the winter months I maintain taking the dogs out at regular intervals. All dogs will be fed safely alone so no issues are allowed to develop. All stairs inside are blocked off either by baby gate or doors (for my blind boy). Pack management is key to safety and with lots of experience I know I can navigate it well.

About: I have dog sat for 2 families, cat sat for two families, reptile sat, and generally animal sat for a few families. Animals are my happy place. I strive for the animals I take care of to be entertained, fed, walked, and most importantly loved. I am currently working part-time over the summer, while looking for an English teaching position (high school preferably). I have graduated college from the University of Maine at Farmington with a bachelors in Education. I find I am passionate about the things I strive to achieve and work for. I am organized, honest, and kind. I made sure the house I am caring for is clean and safe for the animals that live there. I will always follow the rules that the client will give me. About: I have worked at dog and cat boarding facility for awhile now. I also did an internship with a dog trainer for almost a year. I also have experience with horses as I do barrel racing I am currently working part-time at a dog and cat boarding facility. I am also a senior in high school and am taking college classes to get my certificate in dog grooming and will be taking a class in animal assisted therapy. I have a crate avaliable for your pet when I am not home. I do not have a fenced in yard, so when we are outside, your dog will be on a leash

About: I’ve grown up around animals of all kinds - dogs and cats included. I love animals and wish to make a career out of providing pet care. I am pet first aid & CPR certified and I am bonded and insured. I strive to provide nothing but the best care possible! I have trained my service dog all by myself and have trained my other dog myself! I also have experience with training other dogs — I specialize in service dogs and problem behaviors in dogs! I do my best to be very flexible with scheduling. I do have occasional appointments but those can typically be worked around. I would very much appreciate having recurring customers, this also makes it easier to fit new clients into my scheduling. I have a portal system for easy scheduling and invoicing as well! I enjoy being active and I wish to work to become more active. I have a standard poodle who is my service dog. I also have a younger standard poodle that I have trained myself.
