She went above and beyond, doing two home visits before her stay to get to know our pups and ensure they were comfortable with her. One of our dogs is 15 years old, deaf, on several medications, and prone to wandering at night—which requires a lot of patience and attentiveness. Kaitlyn handled it all with care and compassion. Her communication was excellent; we received daily updates with photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. When we returned home, the house was spotless and, most importantly, both dogs were calm and relaxed. That’s not always the case—so it was clear they felt safe and cared for. About: What started off as a favor for a friend turned into a genuine love for all pets.
