About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life including small to large dogs. I am not a professional trainer but I have experience in training my own fur babies. My work is flexible where I can drop in for visits, take them out walking or just spend time playing with them. I can also board them, so that you can have a stress free vacation. They will have a fenced yard to play in and two buddies to play with. I will send lots of pictures and updates. To ensure safety, please have all vaccinations up to date and send me a copy, if possible. I also like to schedule a meet and greet prior to booking to ensure both parties are comfortable with the booking. It will also be an opportunity to address any concerns. I work full time but have the flexibility to work remotely. If your fur baby needs someone to be home all the time, I can accommodate that. I have a fenced yard. I have a 3 year old beagle mix and a 1 year old beagle. They are both very friendly and wants to make friends. I like to take them for walks and they get plenty of outdoor time and frequent potty breaks. We have a 4 month old baby, so I would prefer if your pets are good with kids.

This was my first time ever using a pet sitter and I was a little anxious, I was worried my dogs might not behave perfectly and I was generally nervous about someone coming and staying at my house while I was not there. Dawn is an exceptional person and when we met up for a meet and greet, I told her about my fears and she was very understanding. She helped to settle my concerns and she even came over to my home a little early to meet with my animals and to allow them to acclimate to her presence. THEN, she proceeded to send me pictures and updates on my babies while I was away. 10/10. Absolutely adore her. About: Some Senior Care Magic hands with dogs Feeding and Nutrition I have some experience with giving medications, but please tell me what works best for your pet. I currently am working part time for the summer so I will be able to check with your pets late at night and early morning. The most they'll be alone will probably be 5 hours. Most of time they won't be alone for Sundays. In your home, I'll make sure to walk them outside and if you have a backyard we'll play outside. We'll also play in any surrounded parks.

“Madison was a pleasure to have in my home. My partner and I were gone for the entire day with a 13 week old shepherd puppy at home. Not only were we worried about leaving him alone for an entire day, but we knew he could be a handful. She took on his energy with gusto (and even managed to tire him out) but also was a great companion for our 2 year old collie. While we didn't need her to take care of the cats, she was more than pleasant around them and happy to meet them when we did a meeting the weekend before. Should I need any more puppy-sitting for the day, I'd be happy to have her back around my boys.”

About: *My husband and I keep the Sabbath day on Saturdays. We ask that all drop offs/pickups be done prior to sunset on Friday and after sunset on Saturday. This allows us a time of rest from juggling schedules, we thank you for your understanding and respect in that. * Also a special note: we do take in multiple dogs at a time each day. So if your pup needs to be separated, we can accommodate that as well. We can also team them up with pups they enjoy playing with so everyone is safe and comfy. We are seasoned petsitters and I previously worked at a doggie daycare for a bit of time. I have owned dogs my whole life and our pups have just passed away. I have no problem helping with a pet that has medical needs. I have given meds, shots and have had blind and deaf pups in our care. We have also dealt with dogs that have seizures and have had surgeries. Please just let me know what allergies or medications they have ahead of time, and any additional care instructions would be wonderful. I live in Okolona and have a large fenced yard that is 1/2 acre in which your dog(s) would love to play. Your pup will have lots of playtime and socialization here! If we experience bad weather, then playtime is in the house no problem! I treat the animals that come into my home as my own. We allow our furry guests to sleep with us on the bed at night along with our own. If crate trained we can accommodate that as well. Your pooch will love all the attention it receives from us! This is my full time job at home. I also offer flexible drop-off and pick-up hours. You can drop-off/pick-up as early or late as needed. Only exception is from sunset Friday to sunset Saturday as stated above. Last minute changes are often fine with us, we are pretty flexible. What to expect on your first visit: Typically we allow new dogs to run around the house while others are in the bedroom. This allows any new dogs to be able to get used to and know their environment. They will go outside by themselves to check that out as well. Usually, after new dogs check out their environment and are more relaxed, they will get to meet another pup. If they seem like they will get along, then we let out any additional pups one dog out at a time. This helps keep the energy down so no chaos. I do use crates for eating times and when we need to leave. If your pup is ok being left out we don't mind doing that either. Just depends on how the pup does being left out without supervision. I let all dogs out to go potty about every 2-4hrs during the day, typically a few times through the night as well, the last potty time is 10pm then bedtime. I get up at 5am. If your dog needs an additional potty time please let me know. If your dog isn't potty trained, let me know. I can work with him/her while they are here. I do the praise method; giving treats when they go outside. Usually having them go out more often to prevent accidents in the home. My golden retriever was a senior (16), our other pup was 11yrs old as well so if your dog is older that is fine. We have dealt with the old age, blind and seizures with our own pups before they went to doggy heaven. We get lots of puppies so we are accustomed to the chewing and potty training quite a bit! Thank you for looking at our page and we look forward to caring for your fur baby! *Please feel free to bring your pups food as a change in their diet may cause diarrhea. I do have food if you forget. Also if your pup has a favorite blanket or pillow feel free to bring that as well. I am home all day so typically pups just play in or outside during this time. When we do leave, usually the dogs just stay in the bedroom or chill on the couch when we are out. Some are crated as needed. We take each dog potty before we leave and as soon as we get back. Depending on your pup's needs to can either let them stay out or be in a crate. I do have a larger room for pups to be in if they don't need to be in a crate but have too much anxiety to be left in the main house. We just try to do what is best for each dog since they are all different. Our goal is to provide a stress free environment where they can feel safe. We have a fenced in yard so the dogs have lots of room to run and play. We have balls and doggie bones for them to chew on as well. We do allow dogs on the couch and we have blanket for them as well. I do make sure that every dog has a space to cuddle. You will need to bring your pups food. We do feed every dog separately so there is no food aggression or sneaking in bites of someone else's food. Please let us know what your pups food schedule is, so we can accommodate that. We always have a big bowl of water out. They will have access to the water all day. I don't mind doggies playing but I don't allow humping behavior and will separate dogs if that begins. I do watch the dogs to ensure that any play stays safe and when I feel it may be getting too heated, I will separate for a bit to get everyone to calm down or redirect them. We make sure there are no hazardous materials for the dogs to get into. I do check the yard to see if there's anything there as well. If your dog is struggling with being separated, we will let him on the bed or couch to cuddle and sleep to comfort him. Unless you prefer him to not do so. If you don't want her dog to be on couch or bed just let me know, we will make sure that he/she won't. Just let me know what your training preference it and we can accommodate that. I don't mind sitting on the floor if your fur baby is needing some extra cuddles.
