“This was our first time having a house + dog sitter while we were out of town several days - I had actually posted it as a drop-in (several times/day but no overnight), but Kimberly impressed me by suggesting that SHE would prefer that it be a house-sitting situation (because it would be preferred for the dogs AND be especially convenient for her). I was honestly not excited about the dogs being by themselves for such long stretches already, so readily agreed. The first time we met, the dogs were immediately at-ease with Kim, and she asked some astute questions (such as - how will they do with any fireworks that might be going off for New Years?) that put me also at ease. While we were gone, we got daily updates about their 'activities' as well as a few pics of the dogs doing their normal things, obviously very comfortable. She left the house in pristine (well, as pristine as she found it lol) condition. Would absolutely recommend Kim for your dog - and house - sitting!”

About: I’ve grown up around both cats and dogs my entire life, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my daily routine. From feeding, walking, and bathing to playing with them and making sure they feel comfortable and loved, I’m very familiar with the responsibility that comes with pet care. I’ve also helped friends and family members by watching their pets while they were away, including stopping in for walks, feeding, playtime, and giving them attention and companionship. I currently work part time, so I have lots of time for your animals! Most days, I can guarantee a bathroom break no more than 6 hours apart. There are a few days it would be 8 hours, but I will be clear with my communication with you! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always try to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I follow all feeding schedules, walk routines, medication instructions, and any specific care preferences closely to help pets feel safe and relaxed while their owner is away. I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, and companionship based on their personality and energy level. I also keep the home clean and respectful, including cleaning up after pets, refreshing water bowls, and maintaining litter boxes if needed. Communication is very important to me, so I provide regular updates and photos to help owners feel at ease while they’re away.

I was very nervous to leave the dogs as we just recently rescued one with severe trauma/fear and another one healing from a recent surgery and still getting used to having his new brother in the house. We had a slight issue that we did not anticipate with our rescue doggie and Tara was quick to inform us and navigate the issue to ensure both our dogs were happy and healthy in her care!”

She sent pictures of our pets every day and told us how they were doing. She informed us when she was leaving the house for a while and didn't stay away very long. About: Hello! I have had a love for pets my whole life! Starting when I was 12 I began to check in on my neighbor's and family member's animals. I would walk them, feed them, stay the night with them, and love on them! As a recent high school graduate, I am free both weekdays and weekends for the summer and can put my full attention and energy into watching your pet! I always make sure that my animal's needs are taken care of first! I take them on nice long walks and play with them and give them as much attention as possible! I make sure to take them out every few hours depending on how big or small!

About: I have had dogs since I was little and love playing with them and taking care of them. I’m an athletic person so if the dog is in the mood to play, I can certainly be a great playmate! I have experience with dog sitting overnight, dog walking, and drop-in visits. I work at a nursing home, but I get to choose the shifts I pick up, so my schedule can be very flexible. I am looking for more pups to help out! I can provide overnight care at the owners home. While I am there, I make sure to take your dog for walks, play outside, and give lots of rubs and cuddles. As a person, I am very low maintenance, so you won’t have to provide hardly anything if come care for your pups overnight.

My dog requires to take medication and required a little extra care. Lisa was very good with her and did amazing job. I felt very comfortable with Lisa coming to my home to take care of our dog.
