I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages, from energetic puppies who need extra playtime and consistency to senior pets who may require a gentler pace, medications, or additional attention. I’m happy to follow specific feeding schedules, administer oral medications, provide walks and enrichment, and send regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands. As a part-time nanny during the summer, I already maintain a structured and flexible schedule, which makes it easy for me to fit pet care in throughout the day and week. I’m typically available in the mornings, evenings, and weekends, and I plan my pet visits or walks around my childcare responsibilities. I’m very organized and reliable, so I make sure pet care is never rushed or overlooked. I can provide consistent feeding times, walks, playtime, and check-ins before or after my nanny shifts, as well as on days I’m not working. I enjoy staying active and being on a routine, so incorporating pet care into my weekly schedule is something I’m able to do smoothly and consistently. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their normal routine as closely as possible to help the pet feel comfortable and secure. I make sure to stick to feeding schedules, provide fresh water, give regular walks or potty breaks, and spend quality time playing and giving attention based on the pet’s needs and energy level. I also keep the home tidy and respect all instructions regarding the pet’s care and environment.

About: I have been taking care of dogs for years as I’ve trained my own dog to be a service dog when she started as a rambunctious puppy. I have had dog aggressive dogs who I’ve helped them be able to overcome those issues. I as well am able to be very active and can handle large dogs as I have a mastiff and Great Dane of my own. I currently work part time in retail. But would love to get out and get another job that I will enjoy. So I will have a functional schedule that I can always work around with to cooperate with my clients. I will only be going to my clients’ homes which will make sure that your pet is comfortable and I can work with those who may have dog aggressive dogs. I have experience with them and use positive reinforcement with treats for bad behavior.

About: My family always had quite a few pets growing up. Not just cats and dogs. We had birds, reptiles, fish and farm animals. It wasn’t always easy but it was worth it. Now it’s just my pup Beef, making friends around the neighborhood. My schedule is fairly flexible. Making a regular schedule is always preferred, but last minute requests are welcome. Not all days and pets are the same! I do prefer to care for pets at their owners home, at least at first, where they’re comfortable. If the pet is more independent, walks and feeding can be of service. My pup, Beef loves to play and has brought other dogs out of their shell to socialize. So if they get along, he would be there for our walks and playtime.

About: I am a pet lover. I have taken care of dogs, cats, llamas, and horses. I am also a dog groomer and trainer. I chose a pet career after retiring from teaching. Taking care of your pets is my priority. I want to give your pet all my love and attention. I don't have any other job! I am available to keep your pets company full time, at your house, or for drop-in visits. If only a walk is needed, I'm there!

About: I've had an incredibly friendly and energetic black lab that I have loved for 14 years now. I have a great home which is a fantastic space for pets. My current black lab is great with other pets and I'd love to care for other dogs! I'm a college student home for the summer and have plenty of free time to help take care of dogs! My current black lab eats every morning around 7 am and again for dinner around 5 pm. She takes poddy breaks often and we have a large back yard for her to play and run. She also loves to go for walks and car rides which I do for her often. I have a fantastic house with great environment for pets. I grew up loving dogs and know how to make them happy! My home will be a great place for your dog to stay!

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life. I often cared for the pets of the families for whom I nannied, in addition to pet sitting in general. I’m an avid runner and like to walk a lot, so it’s a plus if your dog also likes that. I work from home, and occasionally travel for business. I’m also available depending on your location to stop by to take your dog out or for a walk or to feed them. Your dog can have free range of my townhouse, as long as they’re house trained. Since I work from home, I’ll be there to keep them company. My brother visits here and there and brings his dog who is extremely friendly and loves everyone he meets.

About: I’m a lover of all animals, but dogs have always had my heart. There is nothing quite like the joy that comes with being surrounded by dogs. Their instantaneous affection, contagious happiness, and unique personalities make me so excited to interact with any dog that I cross paths with. I love my job as a special education teacher, but I have always wanted to work with dogs in some capacity, too. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life & understand that beyond their basic needs being met, what they really need is a whole lot of love, and humans who are willing to take on their abundance of love, as well. I hope to make lots of new furry friends on here and give them so much love!! I have a full-time teaching job, so during the school year I am available on nights (after 4pm) and weekends. Over the summer and during holiday breaks, my schedule is much more flexible! I have two dogs that currently live at my parent’s house and come to stay with my every few weeks. This arrangement began when I got my dogs in college and could not keep them in my apartment, and we have found that it works best for them since I am gone most of the day for work. That said, my home is open and animal-free for any pet stays. We have a walkable neighborhood with friendly neighbors and fellow dogs. I also have experience dog-sitting at the dog’s home for those who do better with keeping their usual routine.
