About: I have had dogs since I was 16. Cats since I was 20. I have also owned various other animals, including livestock. My schooling helped me learn general animal care and I have had the same dog trainer for 20 years. Our pets have regular vet care. I pet sit for friends and family often, both at their homes and in our own home. Just informational, I do live with males, including teens, who have attended dog training classes and help when I need to step out if the house. I also have a very large yard for lots of running and exercise. I work fill time, but remote. I can choose to be from home or in office so am available to watch pets at home all day, when needed. We have a large fully fenced yard. We do have chickens, but they are gated in their own area. I have a pet gate to keep dogs from going downstairs unattended and a door as backup. I provide a pet water fountain for constant fresh and flowing hydration. Pets get regular treats and training refreshers to keep their minds sharp and engaged. My house is inundated with both cat and dog toys for constant entertainment.

About: Clients often tell me their pets feel truly cared for by me, like an extension of themselves, because I offer the same love, attention, and intention they give their pets. I work and go to grad school remotely, so I have tons of time to attend to, play with, and love your sweet pets throughout the day. I organize my schedule around you and your pet's needs once you have booked a sitting with me. I live in a tiny house (on the larger side) on a large fenced piece of property. I can give your pup as much indoor/outdoor time as requested.

About: I have been around dogs my entire life. More specifically, I grew up in the pet grooming, industry, and my mother had me starting to bathe the dogs for her at the age of 10. I did this on many weekends throughout school and summer. This is when I was taught dog body language and how to gently handle even the most nervous pups. When I was 21 she taught me to groom dogs and I have been doing it ever since. Throughout the years of 2020 and 2025 I owned an operated my own successful dog grooming business, which I built from the ground up. In 2025 I decided to sell that business to one of my employees, and I am now working for her. I have also babysat many friends animals throughout the years and have become a trusted source. I would now like to expand my skills to wider customer base. I want to make sure that your dogs are safe and happy while you’re away. I am comfortable with all breeds and all ages. If you have an older dog that needs more consistent check-in, I am happy to accommodate. I have a part-time job with very flexible scheduling, so I will be available most times for your pet during the week. If there is a scheduling for conflict, I will make sure to address that immediately. I will be coming to your home to babysit. I am very clean and respectful of peoples space and will only be in the required area to take care of your dog or cat.

About: I have enjoyed dogs my entire life and currently have a Catahoula mix named Apache, who was rescued as a puppy and came to live with me through a foster home. He is very friendly to people and other dogs. Five acres of pasture surrounds my house where we can play fetch, romp with each other and practice commands. The dogs are never in the pasture unsupervised, but I have a small fenced area where they can play safely. Truly, dogs usually want to be wherever I am, so we don't use the fenced yard very often. My house is dog friendly, and visitors will have the run of the house. Apache sleeps on my bed, and your dog may join us, or sleep on his own bed, or in his kennel, whichever seems best to you and/or your pet. I have worked through Rover for several years, took a break, and am now seeking to reestablish with some of my former clients, and/or meet some new ones. I take care of my son's two German Shepherds each year when they are vacation, and many dogs have spent their lives or portions of their lives, with me, ranging in size from a Jack Russell, Max, my first "grand-dog", to a Great Dane, Big Puppy. These include a very special "drop-off" dog, who just appeared one day, afraid of her shadow and obviously abused, stayed with me for 16 years before saying her final goodby, and left an indelible impression on my soul. I look forward to meeting you and your pet. Why I love dog sitting I've loved dogs all my life, and almost always have had one living with me. My siblings and I grew up in a country house with a mutt named Sally. As an adult, I have shared my home with numerous dogs, mostly mixed breeds that needed homes. Some of them just wandered in. They range in size from a Jack Russell, my first "granddog" to a Great Dane, "Big Puppy," who was only here a short time until we found his owner. I care for my son's German Shepherds every year when they go on vacation, and friends' dogs from time to time. I just really love dogs and seem to have a knack for getting along with them. Meet my pets Currently just my 13-year-old buddy, Apache. About my yard There is a small fenced backyard, and five acres of alpaca-fenced (hot wire) pasture. My house is well off the road and dogs, including my own, are never outside unsupervised. My experience administering medication. Yes, oral medication. “Peanut butter pills” work great. ??? My dog, Apache, gets a monthly injection for arthritis, and I have many times injected medication for horses. I am retired, very active and would welcome a companion on my walks. My old guy can't keep up any more due to arthritis, so we only take mini walks together. All visitors are treated with love and respect, and I try to get in at least one good outside walk a day, depending on individual needs.

About: I have taken care of 4 dogs at once. 3 big, 1 small. They required a lot of attention. I also had to give medication to 2 of the dogs. I enjoy spending time with dogs and fitting to their needs I have school during the weekdays from 8-9 am to 2 or 3. I am able to spent the night at peoples houses and change my schedules to fit the dogs needs. I am able to do anything that fits the owners needs. I make sure to watch the dogs often and give them attention they need.
