“Finding the right fit for taking care of my two older chihuahuas was very stressful, until I came across Julie and Barry. Firstly, my huge requirement was that they had no dogs of their own and secondly, that they would only have one client at a time. That is not super easy to find. And not only do they fulfill both of those requirements, but it is two people instead of one, so it's an incredible amount of care and attention that is given to any animal that they might care for. One of my pups has some pretty major anxiety and Julie knew just what to do with her. She turns on her heating pad and cuddles up on the couch with her, and I can tell that they are very loved while there. And though I know my pups don't like being away from me, they very obviously feel safe and comfortable with both Julie and Barry. They also have a wonderful place for the dogs to be when outside. Our pups are going to board with them soon and we feel 100% comfortable with it, and excited that we have found Julie and Barry. Besides taking great care of the pups, they are lovely people and we have enjoyed getting to know them.”

About: I offer a calm, structured, and playful home led by a well-trained German Shepherd. I have experience with puppy training, senior dog care, and managing multi-dog households. Your dog will be safe, engaged, and treated like family here. Pet care fits perfectly into my daily routine! I work from home, so your pet will get constant attention, love, and supervision throughout the day. My responsible teenagers also help, making sure there’s always someone to play with, snuggle, or take your pup for a walk. We have a park with beautiful trails right behind our house, so your dog will enjoy frequent walks and outdoor time. We’ll also send you regular photo updates so you can see how happy and loved they are while you’re away! In our home, your pet becomes part of the family! With me working from home and a few caring teens around, your dog will get nonstop attention, affection, and supervision. I keep a calm, clean, and fun environment with plenty of playtime, cuddles, and exercise. The park and trails right behind our house make daily walks and fresh air a natural part of the routine. I tailor care to each pet’s needs, whether it’s puppy energy or senior comfort and send regular photo updates so you feel confident they’re in the best hands possible.
About: I have compassion and am understanding for animals that is hard to put in to words. I carry empathy towards all living things. I have had several dogs of my own and know how much it means to have someone you can rely on to care for them when you’re away. I am currently at home full time and don’t have plans on that changing anytime soon. I am able to work around your schedule and as needed. I have a few appointments a week but they are only one hour at a time. The rest of my time is free. I tend to take my two dogs to the park every day to play ball or run around (depending on weather sometimes). I would love to bring yours along as well. My dogs are very friendly and know how to give your pets their own space when needed. Please keep in mind that if you need a house/pet sitter, my two dogs would have to come with me as I am single and don’t have anyone to care for them. They are great with other dogs and cats. Fully potty chained. No chewing. Keeping safe distance from other animals, always leashed, never left at home alone, reassurance to help them feel safe in the new environment, treats, nap.

They took them for walks and they also had cages for them. They also have a big backyard where they can roam freely and it was fully fenced, which was such a relief. They sent pictures throughout the time they had them and answered us quick when we would massage them. I would definitely recommend them and would book them again!”
