Nobody will measure up to her, nobody could ever be as she was. She is an absolute dog lover, she was constantly communicating and sending me photos and videos of them. You can see she has passion for what she’s doing. It's evident that she doesn't view pet sitting as a task but as a heartfelt commitment . I never saw my dogs so happy, they probably even forgot about me haha. At the end of the days, I believe they started to think of her as their second mom. Jokes apart, Susu was exceptional. I never ask anyone to take them on walks because they’re hard to handle, it didn’t seem to be an issue to her at all, she does it with love, she took them anyway on walks. She did all this amazing things she wasn’t asked, to help me out and improve my life. She’s for sure home away from home for your dogs. Words cannot fully capture her exceptional care, I’m more than happy, she’s a true angel and I can't imagine entrusting my pets to anyone else after knowing her. Being blind has its challenges for her, so a petsitter needs to be mindful of her handicap, as you cannot tell from looking at her. Ian also successfully administered daily medications for her, both orally, and eye drops. Should we need further help, we would not hesitate to schedule with Ian again.”
