“Ciara was great! Our dog is a picky eater, and she hand fed him to make sure he ate enough. He also has separation anxiety, so she took him with her wherever she went over a 3-day stay, which was the days leading up to and during New Years’ Eve. She sent us pictures and video occasionally and was very flexible to coordinate with when we wanted to pick up our boy for a few hours during the booking. She also tried to make him as comfortable as possible when he was scared of the NYE fireworks. Overall she made us feel very comfortable leaving our boy in her hands. Thank you, Ciara!!”
“Sachiko was absolutely wonderful! I'm usually able to leave my two pups with a friend when I travel, but she was unavailable and so it was my first time using Rover. I was extremely nervous, but Sachiko put my mind at ease quickly. I was drawn to her profile because she works from home (like me), and could be with the dogs all day. She also has a fully fenced yard and lots of experience with dogs. Before I booked, she suggested a meeting at her home so her and the dogs could meet each other and so I could see where they would be staying. She is super quick to reply to messages, and is so kind and sweet! While we were gone, she sent several updates throughout the day and SO many photos and videos of my pups having fun at her house. All the updates and photos immediately made me feel better about the attention and care they were receiving with Sachiko. I will absolutely be booking again the next time I travel.
