About: I have always had a strong passion and love for animals. I worked in a veterinary clinic for a months and I absolutely loved it! I have a dog and a cat of my own, i walk my dog daily and i take care of my animals every morning and night. I make sure they have food, water, a clean litter box, and enough love. I make sure that they are taken care of food wise, bathroom, toys, treats, and I give them enough love and attention that they deserve.

About: I’ve been taking care of and loving my own animals and my family’s animals since I was young and they’ve trusted me since I was a teenager to help take care of their animals and walk them when they are gone I take care of my own pets daily and make sure they get lots of enrichment. I love any and all animals and have always wanted to help other people take care of their animals when they need it I have a very friendly dog of my own but not a friendly cat so I will have to pet sit in your home for your pets safety and my cats safety. I make sure my animals are fed and taken care of properly and I’m not afraid to clean up messes when needed

About: I have had dogs and cats since I was born. My parents share the same love for animals as I do, and I think I love them more honestly! I’ve dealt with losing a pet, and adding new additions to the family. In my eyes no breed of dog or cat is superior and I would love to meet all the pets I can!! I am in school full time during the weekdays, but Fridays when I’m off of clinicals, I am more than happy to start a house sit or drop in!! On the weekends all of my services are available! I take my dogs for walks frequently. They are a bit stubborn sometimes (especially my olde english) but after we get walking they love being outside! The summer heat gets to them both though, so I would love to get outside!

About: I have a funny farm on 10 acres outside of Shueyville. My dogs run freely but I’m happy to keep your pet on a leash as I live by a busy road. I pride myself on taking care of your fur baby like I care for mine. I am home full time so am very attentive and able to have a flexible schedule to meet your needs. I enjoy going for walks and it’s always double the enjoyment when I have a walking buddy! My guests are treated with the same care that I provide for my own animals and of course I am always happy to accommodate specific needs or requests as well.

About: Hello, I’m Kaitlyn! I’ve grown up caring for a plethora of animals. From 10+ different cats, multiple dogs, hamsters, fish and even lizards. My family has always been expert animal lovers. I understand that boarding can disrupt a dog’s nervous system. Some dogs do better at home while you’re away, and my massage therapy background means I have techniques that genuinely help calm and settle an anxious or overstimulated dog in their own environment. During drop-in visits and walks, I’m assessing your dog the whole time. Gait, energy, behavior, subtle signs that something’s off. You’ll hear about it either way. I’m experienced with medically complex dogs, seniors, and anxious dogs, and equally comfortable with your healthy, bouncy lab who just needs a solid walk. Cats are absolutely welcome. I know how to recognize when something is wrong and what to do about it. All dogs are kept leashed on walks unless we are in a securely fenced area. If your dog jumps fences, we do not go off leash outside. I do not combine your dog with unfamiliar dogs without prior owner approval. I come to you. Drop-in visits and walks take place in your home and neighborhood, which means your dog stays in a familiar environment with their own smells, sounds, and routine intact. I treat every client’s home with respect and leave it exactly as I found it. For drop-in visits that occur at dark or during nighttime hours, I may occasionally have another person with me. This is for my own safety.

About: Drop ins: I’ll take your dog on a little walk before feeding them and spending time with your little furry love (20-30 minutes or so) Walking: I’ll take your pooch for a walk and/or run for as long as they require. House sitting: we will go on walks, snuggle, eat and I will be respectful of the owners home- clean up after myself and the animal so you come home to a nice clean home and you don’t have to rush to take care of your beloved fur baby! Boarding: not my preferred method of watching your pooch but if it’s absolutely needed, I can accommodate to make your pooch feel warm and welcome in my home.I have 2 large male dogs and a 2 year old- they’re great but getting older and less tolerant of other dogs.

About: Hello everyone! My name is Emily and I am a huge animal lover. I am located in Cedar Rapids and almost always available. I have about 15 years of experience with both cats & dogs and have 4 dogs of my own. I have 3 little girls who are 6, 5, and 1 😊 We live in a ranch style home and have a fenced in backyard. I am an active person and will give your pet plenty of love and attention. I will also take dogs on walks if they enjoy that. I have never had an owner unhappy with their pets stay. I work from home so I will be there most of the time to make sure you fur baby gets plenty of attention and play time! I have a fenced in yard so dogs can be out there and play around as much as they want to when we’re home. If they enjoy playing with other dogs I have 1 bigger one and 3 smaller ones. They will be crated whenever we are not home to ensure they’re safe unless they’re used to free roaming and won’t have accidents or be destructive.

About: I have been working in veterinary medicine for 4 years this January! I love and care for all animals but I also have a strong understanding of animal health, behavior, and safety I am currently working full time, with Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays off. I do get a break in the middle of the day to take care of any of the animal’s needs! I currently do not have any pets in my home. Crate/kennel training or a fenced in yard isn’t necessary. In the past few years, I’ve startedi helping pet sit for friends and family for periods ranging from a couple of days to a few weeks. I work 8:30-5 M-F, but have an hour lunch everyday. I have availability and reliable transportation before and after work hours as well. I make sure to follow owner preferences and safety precautions. This can mean making sure a dog stays away from other animals during walks, or making sure there is no trash around the house that the pet could easily get into.
