Plus any weekends when I am available I have fenced yard and everything that you need for a home. I live near the liberty trail and it s good walk nearby home I am free all summer since I am on break from school. I am very flexible with schedule. Please contact me anytime. About: I have been around dogs since I was a baby. My current dogs have PTSD, meaning I understand how to handle special needs pets. I would love to care for your pets. I have no job, meaning I have all the time in the world to take care of your pets. Even though i’m unable to keep them at my own house, I am fully willing to watch them at yours. My own pets don’t particularly enjoy visitors. My two dogs have post traumatic stress disorder. They came from a bad place, and ever since I adopted them, I have been rehabilitating them. Many pets take patience and love to come out of their shells. Years later, my dogs are feeling a lot better, even if they’re still scared of loud noises.
“There is no rating high enough for Sarah. From pre-booking to the home visit, to watching our home and our fur babies while we were on vacation, Sarah was amazing. Her situation was unique that in addition to taking care of our adult cats, we asked her to take care of a (somewhat friendly) mama cat and her 5 week old kittens. Sarah graciously offered her time for 24/7 care. And of course, just when we thought all was going smoothly, a hornet appeared in our finished basement which is unusual. This is where mama and babies are located. Then another one appeared - VERY unusual. When the third one appeared, not so far from the kittens, Sarah sprang into action and, together, we figured out a safe solution to draw any potential bees inside the home to outside the home. Sarah was a real trooper and took care of the home and pets like they were her own. No more bees appeared and life returned to “normal”. Well, as normal as can be for a home with cats and kittens. I can vouch for Sarah and she will be our first choice for future house and pet care needs. Sarah is friendly, trustworthy, and an excellent communicator and our fur babies loved her.”

About: I have had 3 dogs of my own! An Australian Cattle Dog Mix, a Basenji mix, and a working line large breed German Shepherd, which I helped train in obedience to be an SD. My dogs always had scheduled potty breaks and playtime. My job is to make sure your pet has the best time while keeping boundaries/respecting their space, ensuring their safety, and following your expectations of care. I am comfortable with any amount of shedding and the size of your pet. I can especially ease my interaction with pets that are scared and anxious, as through training my own dog, I am better at picking up the dog’s body language and only engage in physical contact if the pet’s body language consents. If you have an aggressive pet, please notify me beforehand. I do not guarantee I will agree to care for them, but I am interested in scheduling a first meeting if possible. Note: I do not drink/smoke, so your loved one will never be affected by second-hand smoke or inappropriate behavior. I am very available on the weekends and by the afternoon on weekdays. If you need morning care, please reach out and I will see if I can accommodate! My pets are routinely groomed and freshened. Everytime they come inside after heavy play, I clean their body from head to toe with pet friendly wipes. I use a brush that helps with shedding and smoothing out hair. Their teeth gets brushed every 2 weeks. I check their ears for dirt routinely and the inside of their paws for any injuries or cracking from dryness.

I have 2 dogs and 3 cats and the cats usually hide when people come over but after the first hour she was there I got a picture of the cats hanging out which says a lot! She sent pictures of everyone and kept me updated on when she was leaving and coming back. I highly recommend her!!!
