Brian did a wonderful meet and greet with my boys (two newfoundlands) and walked them today without me..that may seem like a strange thing to say but Byron (my younger boy) refuses to go on a walk for anyone but me - not even my husband! He was perfectly fine on going on the walk with Sinjin (my older boy) and Brian. No temper tantrums, no refusal to walk. NONE of it. About: I’ve had pets in my life since I was 2 years old. My dog was my best friend from 2-16 yrs. I was raised on a mini farm and was lucky enough to care for horses, cows, pigs, chickens, several dogs, many cats and recently goats. Nothing brings me more happiness than being around our furry friends. Currently, we have 3 miniature poodle mixes, which we love beyond words. We recently adopted a St. Bernard/Pitbull mix. We have a big dog house 24’x12’ fully fenced to board big dogs. Medium 20 lbs to extra small dogs board/daycare inside our home. We offer an alternative to traditional boarding/daycare. Our dogs are family and guest dogs are welcomed to our family pack. Animals are my passion and bring me fulfillment and joy! Providing daycare and boarding is my profession. I worked a corporate job 35 years as a director in the health insurance field. After I was laid off I decided to not go back to the long hours and stress. I’m comfortable with different routines, energy levels, and personalities—and I always make sure every dog feels safe, happy, and cared for. I work Thursday–Sunday afternoons starting around 2, and my mornings are usually reserved for staying active—walks, workouts, or anything that gets me moving. About: I have been taking care of dogs from a very young age, and I have been a professional sitter and boarder for a little over 3 years now. I recently moved to the area and am looking to rebuild my clientele. I am an animal advocate who has spent a lot of time volunteering with different agencies to help find forever homes for abandoned fur babies, and working for programs that went out and helped the homeless get the right care for their pets. I currently have three dogs and a cat myself 😊 I work remotely and set my own hours so I have a pretty flexible schedule that allows me to spend time with the animals and love on them when needed! About: Ive grown up with cats and dogs my whole life. I spent a lot of time with my cousin being a breeder taking her dogs to shows, I have learned how to take care of dogs and how to approach the ones that can be a handful at times. I work a full time Monday- friday job but on my lunches I can stop by for check ins and walks and after work as well. Weekends are always open too. If doing check ins I can clean up any accidents and make sure they are fed and have water(depending on feeding schedules) and I always have local parks and routes pre planned for a good walk
About: I take my animals seriously especially my dogs. They are just full of life. I house 1 mastiff pit boxer mix ive had since he was 8 weeks the other is a rescue a mountain hound mix. Both are my world anywhere I am they are. They love to smile and wiggle.
