So, the fact that Charis had French & English Bulldogs that were of similar size & temperament made her place the obvious choice. Not to mention the kind & caring atmosphere at her home. About: Ever since I can remember I have adored animals. I have always been the person who would go over to a friend's house and end up sitting by their pet the whole time! When I became old enough, I started volunteering at my local animal shelter and pet sitting as much as I could. At the shelter, I walked dogs, spent time playing with cats and kittens, and helped clean kennels and cages. I have also worked at a doggy daycare where I was around both large and small dog breeds. I had a senior dog of nearly 16 years who just passed away due to cancer so I have experience caring for senior dogs all the way to their end of life. I also have a rabbit who has had lots of health issues, so I am condfident with syringe feeding and administering medications. I am currently unemployed, though I do have potential offers in the works, so for now I have full availability! I will update my availability as it changes. “Amanda watched our working line GSD for over a week while we were in Hawaii and she has watched him in the past for doggy daycare. She is the real deal and it made all the difference knowing he was safe and well cared for while we were gone. You can tell she has a ton of experience with dogs and other animals. She loves them yes but also understands how to keep them safe and set reasonable boundaries. Her property is ideal for dogs too with a big fenced yard and kennels. 10/10 recommend!”

When Basil got sick unexpectedly, he took him to the vet twice, made homemade chicken and rice, and helped administer medicine. This was a huge relief to us and his care was above and beyond!
