About: Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up caring for a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, and even reptiles, which has given me years of hands-on experience with animals of different species, ages, personalities, and needs. My love for animals also extends beyond my own pets-l have volunteered with veterinary clinics and animal shelters and have experience caring for stray and rescued animals. I have a senior pit bull I rescued when she was 1 year old & a dog named buddy that I took in off the streets, along with a couple of other dogs. I am currently a pharmacy student with a strong medical background, which has made me especially comfortable with pets who require a little extra care. I have experience administering medications, giving injections, providing basic wound and first-aid care, and recognizing when an animal may need additional medical attention. I am also CPR trained and remain calm and attentive in stressful situations. Pets are family, and when someone trusts me with theirs, I care for them with the same patience, attention, love, and respect that I give my own. Caring for animals is already a huge part of my everyday routine. Even while attending pharmacy school, I make my animals a priority every single day. I walk all of my dogs daily, give their medications on schedule, and brush their teeth every night. I understand how important consistency is, especially when a pet has medications, special needs, or an established routine. I’m very attentive to changes in behavior and always make sure each animal gets plenty of individual attention, affection, exercise, and care. I would treat your pets with the same love and dedication I give my own. 🤍🐾 Safety is always one of my highest priorities when caring for animals. I am CPR trained and renew my certification every two years, and I have experience with first aid, wound care, medication administration, and giving injections. My healthcare background has taught me to pay close attention to details, follow instructions carefully, and remain calm and focused in stressful or unexpected situations. I understand that every pet has different medical, behavioral, and safety needs, so I will always follow your pet’s established routine and your specific care instructions. I also closely monitor the animals in my care for changes in behavior or signs that something may be wrong. Most importantly, I will treat your pet’s safety and well-being as seriously as I do my own animals.
About: I've taken care of animals of a wide range since I was barely able to walk! I've owned / or cared for: dogs, cats, crested geckos, birds and rodents! I'm also used to giving insulin to animals, as I have a diabetic dog of my own currently. I am currently trying to find a full time position again so pet care right now is my primary focus, along with crafts, organizing and doing some much needed detail work. Since I will be doing home visits primarily, I will ask for specifics because I know the devil is in the details. With all pets, entrances and exits will be quadruple checked and observed to ensure there are no furry escapees. But for specifics, my clients know their homes better than I do so I will ask specifics. Do certain doors not open all the way? Do the animals have a tendency to bolt through? And things of that nature.
About: I’ve been watching my neighbors, friends and families animals since I was 12 years old hyper or old big or small. I love all animals. I’m currently training for a competition so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups and cats. I’ll be available for on boarding.
