“Hired I had a great experience with Ashlynn during their drop-in visit with my two dogs! They were kind, patient, and clearly knew how to make the pups feel comfortable. They played fetch and gave them some fun exercise, and the most impressive part was how they were able to connect with my usually standoffish dog—he even let them pet him, which is rare! I really appreciated the care and attention they gave, and I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter.”

“Shelby was absolutely great. My cat's don't like too many people but they liked Shelby. She even sent pictures of her petting them as proof, lol. I am very pleased with the care that Shelby provided and will reach back out to her for all our cat-sitting needs in the future.”

About: I currently have a 12 year old Lab/mix dog, he is super sweet and loves attention. He is very friendly and no problems so far with other dogs. I have worked with a dog groomer before and would help out when needed. I can bathe your pooch anytime. I have had pets with separation anxiety before as well. I had an austrailian shepard growing up and she had separation anxiety bad, It wasn't easy but we were able to get her to not tear up the house anymore. If you have a pet that deals with separation anxiety then I would love to watch your pet for you. I work full time in Jupiter, FL during the week so weekends would be the only time I have available. I look forward to working with your pet(s). What do you say? Are you ready to let your pet have a wonderful time while you go out for a night and have some time to yourself? If so, I am your gal. I look forward to this adventure! I would be available most weekends to do drop in visits and possibly staying at your home if need be. Just let me know what you need and I will see if I can work it out. I have a fenced yard and have a dog who would love having a friend over sometimes. He gets along with every dog he comes into contact with.
“Kirstin took great care of our dogs! And she sent pics of them at each check in. Gave us great peace of mind that they were loved and cared for in their own home. We would definitely choose her again!”

About: I have got to hang out with dogs for years! The people I’ve sat for before have always said I am a reliable, loving sitter. I am currently working a part-time job, but it still leaves me with plenty of time during the week to see all of your animals. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their usual routine to make sure they’re comfortable. I make sure they are fed, have fresh water, get walks and playtime, and receive plenty of attention. I also always make sure to send updates so owners know their pet is safe and happy.
“Shelby is great! This is our second time we have had her come and do a drop in visit. She is always friendly, communicative and follows all of our request's! Our dog loves her and always looks forward to seeing her!”

About: I’ve had pets in my home since I was 3 years old. I’ve had the opportunity to home dogs, cats, birds, rodents, and fish. I have more recent experience with cats, however I love dogs too! https://www.rover.com/sit/fridam62416 I work a seasonal job, so at most 2-3 days a week! I am a full time online university student, which gives me plenty of time to engage with your loved ones. I live on a spacious, open 2 acre plot of land in Blanchard. I do not have a fence, however I will always monitor your fur baby if outside and can cage if needed. My neighborhood has plenty of other dogs that love to go on walks/doggy playtime with each other in the evenings!
“Rayna has watched my animals twice now and has done an amazing job! She definitely loves animals and gives them all the attention they want! She even brought a package in that I had completely forgot about! Thank you so much Rayna!”

“Keira did an outstanding job taking care of my two cats while I was away. My cats can be a little apprehensive with new people, but she gave each of them plenty of time to warm up at their own pace. She treated them with so much patience and care, and I could tell they felt comfortable around her. I really appreciated the photos and updates she sent throughout each visit. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the care she provided, and I’ll definitely be booking with her again the next time I’m out of town.”

About: I treat every pet like family. I’m experienced with puppies, senior care, and bring a mix of patience, energy, creativity, and love to every visit. As an online college student, I have a highly flexible schedule, allowing me to offer open availability and easily integrate pet care into my daily and weekly routine. Whether in my home or a client’s, I provide attentive, personalized care based on each pet’s needs. I maintain their usual routines, ensure a clean and safe environment, and give plenty of affection, playtime, and exercise. I’m also mindful of any special instructions like feeding schedules, medications, or training practices.
About: I’ve cared for animals my entire life, from farm animals to household pets, big and small, healthy and sick. Saying I love being around animals would honestly be an understatement! Over the years, I’ve helped care for ducks, horses, hamsters, rabbits, dogs, and more on a daily basis. I grew up with my own pup, Klare, and spent years taking her on daily walks and activities to help her burn off all that pit bull energy. Currently, I help care for a Pomeranian, a Wirehaired Pointer, and a Pit Bull mix, giving me experience with dogs of different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I’m confident handling dogs of all sizes and strengths, and I’m very attentive to animal behavior and body language to help keep pets safe, comfortable, and happy. Whether your pet needs a walk, playtime, companionship, or overnight care, I will treat them like they’re my own. I take full responsibility to leave you happy and worry free with everything your pet needs. Need an update? A picture of ur pet on the walk or while you’re gone? I got you! I can apply myself to any tasks needed.
About: I grew up with animals my whole life. I got my first cat and dog as an adult when I was 21 years old. Since then I've always had animals, including a few rabbits along the way. In our household, I'm the one who feeds and bathes our dogs because I've been a stay-at-home mom for years. I've been through the senior years of pets so I understand the extra care they can require and I'm comfortable giving them medicine. I've also been through the puppy phase multiple times, and I've even been through multiple dog pregnancies with my current two doggy fur babies. I'm not currently working because I've been a stay-at-home mom for many years so I have plenty of time to take care of other pets. If I take a job in the future, it'll be remote so I can still have flexibility in my schedule. I'm comfortable crating a pet if that's what you want (I've had a couple of dogs that were destructive as young pups so they had to be crated in their younger years). I would also enjoy spending time outside in a fenced yard with your dogs.
“Veron really came in clutch when I needed a sitter. He did an AMAZING job. Very detailed in his reports which helped put my mind at ease while I was away. Great communication outside of the report cards and I am overall very satisfied. Will definitely be using again in the future!!”

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Tuttle. On Rover:
- 93% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 99% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 98% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
