“Audra was very welcoming and reassuring regarding all of our concerns. She was communicative and very friendly. Buddy seemed very happy with his stay. We’ll definitely be back for any of our future doggy daycare needs.”

“Karry did a fantastic job with my little Chinese Crested dog. I have a high maintenance female dog who loves humans but not necessarily other animals. My little dog immediately liked Karry and her husband and she ended up getting along really well with the other dogs who were staying there. I believe this was due to Karry’s ability and knowledge about how to handle dogs. When I picked up my girl she was like a brand new dog. She was cheerful, well behaved and far more social than she’d been with us. Karry kept me updated about my dog’s wellbeing by sending me pictures and short messages about how she was doing. I’m so glad I found Karry. She was the best choice for us.”

“We are so thankful to have found Kara to take care of our two fur babies when we go out of town. Our one would be so nervous when we’d take her to a larger boarding facility. But now when we leave her with Kara, she’s so much more comfortable and happy being left at her home. And Kara is wonderful about sending pictures, videos and updates on how they are doing. We are most appreciative!”

“ReShan did an amazing job with Bronx! He was patient and was able to connect with Bronx really get away! Bronx felt extremely comfortable with ReShan and I look forward to taking Bronx back to spend time with ReShan. Best experience for my Bronx ever and will not look to take Bronx anywhere else. Thank you!”

“This review is a little tardy but well worth writing. Like most fur babies owners we are overly concerned with the wellbeing and safety of our babies. Farin had our babies this past weekend and she delivered what she promised. Photos multiple times during the day were sent to us. I could tell my babies were being well taken care and having fun! They came home happy and exhausted from their little vacation away from us. I highly recommend Farin to provide care for your fur babies!!”

“This was our dog’s 2nd stay. We will continue to bring our dogs here. We feel confident that they are well taken care of and it’s a safe and friendly environment. The interactions I’ve had with them have been very professional and friendly. I would recommend them.”

“Jennifer, Winston, and family are the best sitters we could have asked for during our 4 day vacation! My 6 month old puppy had a ball with them. Everything went so well and smooth - from the meet-and-greet before her stay to pick-up. It was our first time leaving Cali with a sitter for more than 1 night, and we never felt more comfortable doing so. Jenn knew how to handle both dogs, and she accommodated any of cali’s needs. We knew she was in good hands. We loved our wonderful and frequent pupdates and action shots of Cali and Winston playing or sleeping together. Also, her apartment is very clean and puppy-proof. We will definitely be bringing Cali back to Jennifer!”

“My dog had so much fun at Nicole’s house while we were out of the town. She took good care of my dog and was very responsive and kind to send me some photos and updates on him. I’d recommend her!! :)”

“Savannah was great with communication. I had to take a last minute trip and she was able to accommodate my two dogs. She was fast with her responses and sent me timely photos and videos. It gave me a lot of peace of mind to know my two dogs were well taken care of while I was away. I was almost an hour late with picking up my dogs but she was very understanding and accommodating. I would use her again if I have to go out of town.”

“Thanh-Mai is an outstanding sitter and took exceptional care of my dog, Maya! I will absolutely hook Thanh-Mai the next time I go out of town! Not only did Thanh-Mai show Maya as much love and attention as Maya was her own dog - taking her for walks and giving her plenty of cuddles - but Thanh-Mai was extremely communicative and professional and kept me updated with plenty of photos and messages through Maya’s stay. It put me at ease knowing Maya was in such a comfortable and loving environment while I was gone. I highly recommend Thanh-Mai to anyone looking for a sitter for their dog!”

“Review for Krystle - Exceptional Pet Care I recently entrusted Krystle with the care of my dog, Pongo, while I was out, and I couldn’t be more pleased with her services. Krystle demonstrated incredible professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals. Pongo, who can be a bit anxious when I’m away, was calm and happy when I returned—a true testament to Krystle’s attentive care. She kept me updated with regular check-ins and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing Pongo was in great hands. Krystle went above and beyond to ensure that Pongo was not just taken care of, but truly loved and comfortable during my absence. If you’re looking for someone reliable, caring, and experienced to look after your pets, I highly recommend Krystle. I’ll definitely be reaching out to her for future pet-sitting needs!”

“Hands down THE best sitters in town. They are very knowledgeable and super caring when it comes to your fur babies. They do such an excellent job at making the environment comforting, welcome and fun for your pet and would recommend them over anyone or place that boards dogs.”

“Eric boarded my two dogs for 6 days and is an amazing sitter. My dogs can be timid with new people and it seems like they both bonded to him pretty quickly. He provided constant updates and pictures. He really took the time to make sure they were comfortable in a new environment. Highly recommended sitter. Will definitely rebook with Eric in the future.”

“Juliet is very sweet and loving with the dogs - she doesn't get flustered or upset when they exhibit typical doggie behaviors (such as occasional accidents or being homesick for their owners,) and we could tell when we got our dogs back that they were very, very loved. She also sent us photos and a video to help us stay connected while we were out of town. The only thing that could have been a problem at all, was that Juliet's Rover profile does need to be updated: it is no longer a "non-smoking household," or "no children present" situation. We could smell the smoke and see the cigarette butts when we did a meet and greet prior to our boarding, and were made aware that a child was now also living in the home. Neither of these things were deal-breakers for us, but they could be for others who are very sensitive to smoke, or whose dogs aren't ok with children. My dogs did not come home smelling of smoke, nor did their bedding, so all is good! We really love Juliet, and I think our dogs really do too. :) Thank you for taking such great care of them!!! I recommend her to anyone, and would definitely not hesitate to use her services again in the future!”

About: Welcome to my loving, lively, dog-centered home! Visiting one of our area’s National Parks from LA or the Bay? Drop your dog with me and we’ll adventure so you can adventure stress-free! I’m a university professor who has worked with animals of all kinds my whole - from the family farm to spending my winters fostering dogs for a rescue organization in Baja, Mexico. I adopted my two pups from them, and have fostered everyone from 4 week old puppies to bumbling big boys. One the greatest joys in my life is finding them forever homes - that perfect match that changes the dog and their new owners’ lives. I foster so many pups that my home feels empty without spares! Your pup will be part of an adventurous household with a fenced yard and two free spirited rescue dogs. We love our energetic furry friends, but Izzy also loves to cuddle up with belly-rub loving fellow couch potatoes. My little one Winnie was known as the “nanny dog” at the rescue, because she can take care of any puppy and has never met a dog she can’t get along with! Me and my two dogs love sniffy walks, hikes in the mountains and playtime on the beach when we can make it out on the weekends in our camper van (which I built for the dogs of course). I teach at the university, so besides classes and meetings my schedule is flexible. This semester I will be on campus Tuesday and Thursday for 4-6 hours max. And the rest of the time is flexible, work-from-home time. I have a luscious back lawn with a tall fence. We can do multiple leashed walks a day, and even off leash excursions if your dog wants! I have toys, separate rooms if they need space and can easily crate if necessary. I have been told I send way too many pictures so you’ll always know about all the fun we’re having. I would love to accommodate longer stays too. I do travel some weekends. If a longer period you’re looking for is not available on my schedule, please inquire anyways as I might be able to make it work!

“Casey did a great job with our deaf dog. She sent updates, photos, and was very accommodating for an extended trip. Very grateful to casey and her family for taking calliope on so last minute.”

“Frank and Nancy were amazing. They shared detailed updates and took my dog for multiple walks each day. They were very responsive and professional. Will definitely be booking again!”

“Megan was absolutely great! She took Juliet on a short notice and was able to work with us for pick up and drop off time. She was always communicating and sent pictures of Juliet every day. They went on walks and played toys too. Juliet really loved her and if we are ever in the area another time we would definitely choose her again!!”

Edison dog parents share their Rover experiences
Jason provided excellent care for Mondo during his boarding stay. The pre-boarding meet-up with Jason's dog, Pepper, went smoothly, and Jason's experience with animals was evident. Regular updates and quick communication were appreciated. Jason's honest feedback on Mondo's behavior will be helpful for future training. Mondo returned tired but happy, a testament to a well-spent week. I would recommend Jason's services to other pet owners.
