No matter their age, needs, or temperament, I’m confident and capable of giving your pet the attention and care they deserve. I work from home from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., which gives me plenty of flexibility in the afternoons and evenings. I’m available for walks and pet sitting after 2 p.m., and I truly enjoy both morning and evening walks—having a furry companion along makes them even better! Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I’ll make sure they get walks when needed, cuddles when wanted, and space when preferred. Every pet is unique, and I take the time to understand their individual needs. I care for every animal as if they were my own—providing love, attention, and a healthy, happy environment.

She was mindful of locking all the door locks behind her which I thought was a nice touch. Although my poor, scared rescue always hid, Lindi tried her best to coax her but to no avail. About: I’ve shared my life with dogs for over 25 years and have been pet sitting for nearly as long. I have over 10 years of experience working in veterinary clinics and have ample experience with administering medications of all kinds—your fur baby’s needs are my top priority! For Tahoe Donner residents, I can take your pup for a midday stroll during the work week (M, T, F). For all other Truckee folks I am available in the evenings on the days listed above and any time on the weekends. About: I have 2 Crested Geckos, and have lived with 4 different friends who owned cats. Within the last year I have walked coworkers dogs countless times and have dog-sat for them as well. I have pet-sat for coworkers in their homes from one night, up to one month. I have also volunteered at the Truckee Humane Society for about a year as well. I have flexible but consistent work hours that allow me to create a routine to take care of your pets. I love going for walks with dogs as well as hanging out and giving both dogs and cats the pets they deserve. I care for pets based off of what they need and what they ask of me. I listen to body language to understand what they need. I am content giving pets their space, or giving them all of the pets they want. I also pay extra attention to bathroom cues to limit accidents within the house.

About: My partner and I both grew up with cats and dogs in our households and we love pet sitting! We do not have any animals of our own due to frequent travel and not wanting the long-term commitment at this point in life, but Rover a great opportunity to fill the void of not having animals around. My boyfriend works remotely and I work on a hybrid schedule with the opportunity to come home for lunch on the days I’m in office. We have ample time to tend to pets and we enjoy getting outside for walks to break up our workdays. Having grown up with many pets, I'm comfortable with them being on furniture and having them feel at home in my space. My dog recently passed away after 16+ great years, and I want to keep some furry friends in my life while helping out neighbors. About: I’ve had a passion for animals my whole life and grew up with a wide variety of pets. I am currently a ski patroller in Lake Tahoe now and I am part of our mountains search and rescue avalanche dog team. I have been a second handler for numerous of our dogs over the years training them in search and rescue and obedience. I also have grown up fostering dogs from older dogs to pregnant mama dogs with puppies. I have done it all and my passion is just being around animals! I work at the mountain as a ski patroller in the winters and in the summer I work as a bartender at a lake front restaurant in Lake Tahoe. I would love to fill that time with a furry friend to go on adventures or be cozy inside with. I have lived in tahoe year round for 5 years now and I would love to share my time here with a companion! I live in Truckee, CA along Donner Lake. My house is right across the street from a fenced in private access to the lake! So if you have a water dog I’m sure they would have a blast running around our fenced in lake access area. I will take care for your pet as if they were my own giving them lots of cuddles and endless belly rubs.

About: Hi there, I’m Olivia and can’t wait to meet your fur family! My parents had a sweet spot for rescues and adopted dogs from shelters throughout my childhood. I have experience caring for a variety of breeds/sizes, ages, personalities, and levels of health. Over the past 15 years I have also sat for family, friends, and neighbors. I work remotely for a local company so my availability is pretty flexible and will allow me to be with your pup(s) as often as needed. Safety is my top priority. They will be leashed for potty breaks if there isn’t a fenced yard at home and on walks, especially while exploring busy trails and beaches.

About: I grew up with cats and dogs and love watching, playing, and caring for all animals. About: I love animals and started dog care for a family in high school. I’m a runner so I ran with the large dogs and learned to adjust walks to the dogs. I don’t have a dog of my own so i love caring for other people’s dogs. I’m a student at Chico State, but I’m available to dog walk on Thursday’s and weekends. I’m available for house sitting every day of the week :) Any dog I am sitting will enjoy either a leisurely stroll or a run depending on the dog.
