About: I grew up with many animals, and have been a pet owner my whole adult life. I frequently pet sat for family friends throughout my high school and college years. I'm a teacher home for summer break, so I will have plenty of time to dedicate to your pet. I'm available days, nights, and weekends. We have a cozy, pet friendly home and a large fenced in backyard. Sable needed to be watched during an evening event due to her separation anxiety, and she was not only happy to go to Emily’s house after we had a meet and greet the week before, but she also was completely comfortable and not even excessively eager to go home when we picked her up. Sable had a great time, and Emily sent many pictures documenting Sable’s day with her, as well as updates on how things were going. I would trust Emily with any of my four dogs, and I am so glad she agreed to meet with me and watch Sable! A paradise for pups and people alike with shade being provided throughout the day from oak trees and ramped decking (especially great for pups that can’t do stairs!), so the heat that may keep my crew indoors during certain times of the day at home is miraculously manageable at Emily’s house! This is perfect for those hounds that would rather spend more time outside, but the inside of Emily’s home is just as inviting with many comfy spaces set up for the pups to rest or play in a controlled climate. We will only be outside in the cooler times of the day and can use the sprinkler if you allow.
