About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have owned and cared for them since I was an infant. Currently, I have five dogs of my own, all with different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities, which has given me extensive hands-on experience with a wide range of needs and behaviors. Through caring for my own dogs, I am comfortable with feeding routines, walking multiple dogs, administering basic care, and maintaining structure and consistency. I understand how important it is to be patient, attentive, and responsive to each dog’s unique temperament. As a teacher, I bring a high level of responsibility, organization, and communication to everything I do. You can trust that your pet will be cared for in a safe, loving, and dependable environment. I currently teach full-time during the school year and am available for pet care in the evenings after 4:30 p.m., with flexible weekend availability including early mornings, evenings, and last-minute bookings. During the summer, my schedule becomes much more flexible, allowing me to offer a wider range of availability and better meet your pet care needs. For dog walking and drop-in visits, I prioritize safety, consistency, and making sure your pet feels comfortable in their familiar environment. During walks, I ensure dogs are securely leashed at all times, avoid unsafe areas, and tailor the pace and distance to your dog’s age, energy level, and needs. I’m attentive to behavior and surroundings to keep every walk safe and enjoyable. For drop-in visits, I follow your pet’s routine closely, including feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, playtime, and any specific instructions you provide. I also make sure your home is respected and left exactly as I found it. As a dog owner of five, I’m experienced managing different personalities and energy levels, and I bring patience, awareness, and reliability to every visit. I’ll also keep you updated with messages and photos so you feel confident your pet is in good hands.

Erica was one of the first to respond to my message, and right away she put me at ease. I really appreciated her initiative to meet us and our cat beforehand. She was always punctual and friendly, carefully listened to all the details we shared, and followed the detailed instructions I had written about our cat’s habits and needs. Our cat is very timid but also affectionate and loving. It took Erica about five days to earn her trust. After that, she played with her, cleaned the litter box, refreshed the water, gave probiotics, brushed her fur, and wiped her eyes - everything was done with great care. At first, she checked in with us about some steps, but soon everything ran smoothly. Every visit included lots of photos, occasional videos, and a short description of how things went. We knew we had made the right choice leaving our cat in her care, and our little one was clearly content. We will definitely reach out to Erica again for our next vacation.”
