I have a very flexible schedule to cater to needs throughout the week at any time As a pet owner, I know that the lists of things that are off limit for any animal can be long and often different from one another. About: I have grown up around dogs and have always loved caring for them. I have experience walking dogs of many different breeds. About: Passionate pet care professional, carrying years of experience taking care of the needs of animals, especially dogs. I've had a Chinese Crested Powder Puff (aged 15), a Chipoo Chinese Crested mix (aged 17), and multiple Jack Russell/Chihuahua/Shih Tzu mixes. I have some experience looking after cats as well! I am able to take care of pretty much all their essential needs. I can also provide playtime for pets under my supervision. I ensure that they are in a safe space and away from any hazards. I'm good at providing updates, with pictures included, so you know that your pet is doing well while you are away! I have a flexible schedule as of now. I'm not that busy during the week, so I am able to schedule pet care services as needed. I keep my own calendar updated, showing my availability for the month. I'm very attentive when it comes to any pets under my care. I make sure their nutritional needs are met and that they are kept away from any hazards that might be present.

About: After many many years of learning the daycare/kenneling business, as well as becoming very familiar with dog behavior, I currently work full time as a dog groomer. Eventually I will return to in-home pet sitting and check-ins as I will be living in an RV traveling part time! I realize that not every pet prefers to socialize with other pets, and some owners are very uneasy about leaving their babies in a kennel for an extended period of time. It can be stressful for both. I aim to make both the pet and parent's comfort a priority. And there isn’t a personality I haven’t seen, so I’m willing to work with you on anything! I absolutely LOVE larger dogs and excel at handling their personalities but I do have a soft spot for the little ones as well. I have my own 4 year old Aussie/Heeler mix that is picky with certain dogs but once they're friends it's always a party. While dog-sitting overnight or long term in the house I would be providing intensive 24 hour care (flexible), bringing in the mail (unless you've put in on hold), watering plants, scooping the yard if needed, and doing regular cleaning every day to maintain the house in addition to the care of your pup. It will be like you never left! I currently work part time as a dog grooming Tuesday-Thursday, typically 12 hours a day and unable to step out, so I prefer to sit during the weekends. I have a fenced in yard and 3 pups in the house - my own personal pup and my roommates two small fluffy dogs. Because of this I will most likely only be able to board small dogs in home, but can sit in your home with any size or breed.

About: I have been pet-sitting through Rover for about 7 years now. I graduated in 2022 with a pre-vet animal science degree from Andrews University. Originally I was wanting to become a vet, but decided that role wasn’t for me. I have also spent 8 months learning dog behavior after my graduation. I just recently moved to Charlotte with my husband but prior to moving, I was working at a veterinary clinic as a receptionist and vet assistant! I recently got a job as a veterinary receptionist here in Charlotte and my schedule is 12:30-6 pm M-F. I love interacting with all animals and have plenty of experience with dogs, cats, goats, sheep, cows, chickens, and even more!
