About: I’ve raised, fostered, and cared for pets for over two decades, including puppies, seniors, reactive dogs, and everything in between! I can administer medication, and provide special care. I have trained my own dogs (seven), fosters under my care (over 30), and helped friends and clients train their dogs. I am happy to reinforce any training you are currently doing with your pet, so all of your hard work does not get undone. Whether it is daily walks and stimulation, an overnight stay, or an extended trip, you can rest easy knowing your loved one will receive love and attention, exercise, enrichment, and all the snack snacks you’ll allow! I have my own business and work from home. I’m fortunate to have a very flexible schedule. This allows me to prioritize pets’ needs (walks, potty breaks, playtime). Under my care, your loved one will be my top priority. I have a fenced in yard, and two friendly dogs. However, your pup’s safety and comfort will be a top priority. My dogs are crate trained, and if yours is too, I’m happy to reinforce that. I can also keep dogs separated, and still provide ample space for them to feel comfortable. My home is very safe, quiet, and dog friendly.
“Sam is incredibly reliable and amazing with our dog, Olive. She treats her like her own and communicates so well, which gives us total peace of mind. We feel very lucky to have found her and highly recommend!”

“My doggo can be super shy with new people but Sarah was so sweet and patient and waited for him to calm down to take him on a walk! She took several photos as well which was appreciated!!”

“Tyree is a great dog walker! He is always on time, replies fairly quickly, and is flexible to any sort of changes that occur. I highly recommend Tyree for any walks you may need for your furry friend (:”

“Just one week into having Max (and his fiancé) take care of my two dogs and I’m already so impressed. Max and Jen took the time to get to know my dogs and asked tons of questions prior to starting weekly walks. They are both incredibly communicative and timely, send pictures and updates for each walk, and have been extremely patient with my female pup, who can be shy around new people. I will definitely turn to Max and Jen for any future dog sitting needs!”

“Keegan is great! She really cares about the dogs and their personalities. She notices the details about their behavior and knows how best to engage with them. Both times she spent the full 30 or 60 minutes with my dogs. She sent lots of pictures and notes about how things went. Best experience with rover so far.”

“Really grateful I found Steve to be my dog walker! It’s tough finding someone who’s readily available almost all days of the week. Awesome communication too! Thanks for all that you do Steve!”

“I feel confident leaving my dogs with Averi to walk, feed, and play with. She’s so communicative, responsive, and patient with my dogs. So happy to come back to happy pups!”

About: I have been pet-sitting through Rover for about 7 years now. I graduated in 2022 with a pre-vet animal science degree from Andrews University. Originally I was wanting to become a vet, but decided that role wasn’t for me. I have also spent 8 months learning dog behavior after my graduation. I just recently moved to Charlotte with my husband but prior to moving, I was working at a veterinary clinic as a receptionist and vet assistant! I recently got a job as a veterinary receptionist here in Charlotte and my schedule is 12:30-6 pm M-F. I love interacting with all animals and have plenty of experience with dogs, cats, goats, sheep, cows, chickens, and even more! I am very attentive and want pets to feel comfortable and safe with me. I allow them to get to know me at their pace and what they are comfortable with. Each pet is a little different and what works with one may not work with another! Whatever needs they have, I will be able to accommodate.

Lindsey is wonderful. She goes above and beyond. My dog Cricket really likes her. Lindsey is reliable and communicative. She is able to accommodate my schedule. She also takes the funniest pictures. I look forward to a laugh every day. I would recommend her to anyone!

Alix was amazing! Finny absolutely loved Alix! Alix was always on time everyday to pickup Finny and let him out. She brought him all over town on his daily walks which he loves. I would highly recommend recommend Alix for any Rover service! We will absolutely be booking Alix again.

Julia went above and beyond! I mentioned that my dog doesn’t usually eat when I’m gone, so she was able to get him to eat by putting some of his food on the ground and moving his food bowl to the center of the floor. I also just moved into a new place and had ordered a gate to prevent him from getting out, but I didn’t have time to assemble it before I had to leave, so she assembled the gate for me. She asked plenty of upon our meet and greet. Lastly, she left detailed notes after each visit. I would highly recommend her!

Alexander is reliable, communicative, and caring. He was accommodating to Diesel's special needs it was easily tell that he enjoys his connections with animals. Diesel was excited to see him every time he showed up to walk her. I will not hesitate to book him again in the future

Hope was incredible with our little one! We traveled over the holiday and were a little worried as this was the first time we would be away during the Christmas holiday. Hope was consistent in communication and sent the best pictures. We highly recommend booking with Hope!!

Kait was amazing! She is very nice so my dog Renly fell in love with her immediately. She brought him on his walk, gave him some love and treats before leaving. She was punctual, responsible and I was very happy she could be of help. I would definitely recommend her!

Tiffany is so responsible, communicative, and really takes her time with your pup! I booked her last minute, as work ran late that day, and she responded almost immediately and was able to chat on the phone with me prior to booking her. She took great care of my Emmy girl, and sent me lots of updates and pictures! We’ll definitely be using her again in the future (:
