Never a good thing for someone approaching 78. Of course, there was plenty of medical attention since I was at the hospital and they tried to convince me to go to the emergency room. the problem was I had a dog at my hotel room and I didn’t want to leave him alone that long. So of course I declined and the next day I was hurting pretty badly. She took Shady on short notice and I want to the emergency room where, they declared there was no severe damage to my head or shoulder. And I collected Shady and we went home to Athens. Oh.Samia made a complicated situation go smoothly.”

Booking with James was my first Rover experience. Having 2 cattle dog mixes, I was really apprehensive and booked James specifically because he had a fenced in yard so they could play fetch. Being a 7 day booking, I was nervous... but when I picked up my dogs up they seemed happy and healthy like no time had passed. He took care of two working dogs for > 1 week and reported no issues - I would reccomend James for your dog and would book with him again in the future.

He sent me regular photo updates and even asked how he could best support my pup through some tough moments—especially during rainy weather, which usually makes my dog uncomfortable. Shafter carefully wrote down all of my instructions and followed them to the letter. I had *zero* hesitation leaving my fur baby with him, and I absolutely would again in the future.
