About: Hi there, I’m Emileigh! Since I was old enough to hold a leash, I have been the neighborhood pet sitter. I have lived in many different places and at each and every one of them, I have house-sat, walked neighbor’s dogs, and done regular checkups on pets of many different shapes and sizes. I have even had the privilege of working at a horse farm where I had the responsibility of feeding and caring for a variety of animals such as horses, cats, dogs, goats and donkeys. In other words, I deeply enjoy the company of animals, and I have found that caring for them is one of the most rewarding and worthwhile things that I can spend my time doing. I am a traditional artist with a constant desire for the company of furry friends, while also currently doing housekeeping on some weekday mornings. Due to the commission work I do being a very flexible, self-motivated type of profession, and my housekeeping commitment coming to a close in April, I am able to work around pet care, of which I primarily offer in the afternoons. The first goal that I set for myself when entering any pup’s home is to assess how they are doing while scanning the environment for any kinds of disturbances, or anything to note. When on walks, my priorities are safety, being aware of our environment, making sure that the pup is comfortable, and of course, making sure that we are having a good time! I fully believe that you can never ask too many questions, so I will make sure that I learn as much as I can about the pup and how to make them feel comfortable and cared for, as trust is very important to me. Overall, I will prioritize that both the pup and I are in the safest situations possible when it comes to both environment and being in the company of each other.

About: I have a degree in veterinary science and I’m currently on the road to attend veterinary school! I have lots of knowledge on pet behavior and how to properly care for them. I’ve worked as a veterinary technician for the past few years. I’ve worked in general practice, emergency animal hospitals, and even a pet hotel. I’ve cared for hundreds of patients, provided preventative care, treatments, medications, cleaned their kennels, walked dogs, and played with them. I also helped my senior dog turn around her health around by helping her lose 8 lbs! I’m currently preparing for my VTNE, so for the next few weeks I will only be doing Rover! I’ve been working for animals for the past few years, I truly love what I do. I’m a veterinary technician so I’m no stranger to daily pet care for cats & dogs. About: Stay at home mom with large fenced in yard, many years of experience with dogs. We currently have a 20lb Puggle/Terrier mix and 110lb Great Dane. Both are crate trained and friendly with other animals. I am generally available seven days a week, 24 hours a day for boarding, daycare, walks, training, etc. I have reliable transportation and can be available on short notice. We own a 3400 sq foot home in East Stroudsburg on .75 acres. The dogs are generally kept on the first floor with multiple dog beds and welcome on the furniture. I have crates available if needed. Our large backyard is fenced in with locks on the gates. The dogs are usually supervised while outside. We leave water down all day for the dogs and share treats such as apples, carrots, peanut butter and milk bones.

I’ve been petsitting since 2022—first through TrustedHousesitters and now on Rover. I always share a Google Photos album with time-stamped pictures, so you can enjoy updates without constant texts. :) I make sure to feed the pets based on what their owner has prescribed and follow the routine! I also try to provide the dogs as much exercise as I can - if this is suggested -- so they get exercise and get to run around outside. For cats, I always clean the litterbox 2x a day - and spend time with them playing or cuddling. Dogs get loads of cuddles, scritches, and backmassages too. If you have cats that are part time outdoor cats and also indoor cats -- I will only let the cats out, while I am at the house 100% of the time and supervising them, as I want to ensure that your pets are safe.
