About: When you love dogs or cats that love will always be with you whether you’re caring for your own pets or someone else’s. I believe pets should be treated like people, with love and a concern for their comfort, happiness and well being. After owning a family retail business for many years, and then working for a major national bank, it was time for a change. Why not do something that involves my love for pets? Dog walking was the answer. For the past eight years I've been delivering dog walking services to pet owners, ensuring strict supervision of pets during excursions while providing a safe and nurturing environment for dogs with different needs, temperaments and medical conditions. Most importantly, you can rest assured that the safety, security and well being of your dog will always be my number one priority. I'm available for dog walking and drop-in visits for dogs or cats, Monday through Friday between 8 am & 4 pm. I’m not usually available on weekends, however, if you’re in a bind and need a walk or a visit on a Saturday or a Sunday, and I have no plans that weekend, I most likely will be able to do it as long as it’s no later than 12 pm. For your dog's safety, dogs are prolific sniffers, inevitably putting things in their mouths that they shouldn't. I pay close attention to and keep a watchful eye on the ground to make sure your dog doesn't put anything in its mouth that can be harmful. In the unlikely event your dog or cat needs medical attention, I’m certified in cat and dog first aid by the American Red Cross.

“Kelly is the absolute best. This was our first time on Rover, and her communications were clear and quick, and she did great work reassuring us that our pup was in good hands. Loved the photographs, and really appreciated the time she took to communicate with us by phone and by text. We’re only slightly concerned that our pup now likes her more than us! 😀 Hugely impressed with Kelly - she’ll take fab care of your pups.”

“Jon provided exceptional service. He was available on short notice and responded promptly and professionally. He took the time to properly introduce himself to my dog, which created a smooth and comfortable start. Jon followed all instructions with great attention to detail and accommodated specific requests with courtesy. His professional demeanor, care for the dog’s well-being, and commitment to maintaining a clean home environment were evident throughout. I would be pleased to hire him again in the future! :)”

About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was 18 years old, and over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of their needs and behaviors. I also have professional experience in pet grooming, having worked as both a bather and a dog groomer. This gives me an edge in handling pets gently and confidently, especially during bath time or when dealing with nervous or high-energy pets. Whether it’s daily care, grooming needs, or providing extra attention to puppies or senior pets, I bring patience, skill, and genuine love for animals to every job. I am currently working in a Pet Grooming as a dog groomer during the week. My availability is only on weekends but I am open for a conversation. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, their safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I create a calm, clean, and secure environment where pets feel safe and loved. I follow any instructions provided closely—whether it’s feeding routines, medication, or special preferences—and I always take the time to build trust with each animal at their own pace

“Jamie-Ann is awesome! She is patient, responsible, timely and apparently a cat whisperer. She gave my cat quality attention and she really took to Jamie quickly. I will continue to use Jamie-Ann and highly recommend her”

“Irisdelie was amazing, great communication and so so wonderful with my cats. Provided great updates with adorable pictures after each visit. I felt very comfortable and happy knowing my babes were being well cared for and loved while I was away.”

About: Hi, my name is Joselyn and I’m 21 years old. I grew up with a chihuahua and a cat who brought so much joy to my life. I also cared for community cats in my old neighborhood, so animals have always been close to my heart. While my chihuahua now lives with my mom, it gives me more space to focus fully on pets I care for through Rover. I live near Branch Brook Park, a perfect spot for walks and playtime. Whether it’s walks, drop-ins, or keeping your pets company at your place, I’d be happy to help. For drop-in visits, I’ll make sure your pet is fed, has fresh water, and gets a potty break (plus cuddles or playtime!). If you’d like a full walk for extra exercise, please book a Dog Walking service separately so I can give them the time and attention they deserve. Your pets will always be cared for with love, patience, and fun. ❤️ I work early mornings, which means I’m home and available most afternoons and evenings to spend time with your pets. Since I’m not in school right now, I have plenty of energy and flexibility to give them the care and attention they need. Your pet’s safety is always my first priority. I’m patient and gentle, and I make sure every walk is safe and every visit feels comfortable. I pay close attention to each pet’s routine from feeding schedules to any special needs so they feel at home even when you’re away. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or quiet company, I’ll treat your pet like they’re my own.

“Kayla was absolutely WONDERFUL with our two cats. Our cats are still acclimating to one another, and not only did she spend time with each of them but she did an amazing job at having them play together, listening to them if they had enough, and overall giving them many positive bonding experiences with each other. I also have a much more involved feeding routine/schedule for them than most people, and she followed everything perfectly. I always looked forward to her reports and pictures, and she was very thorough on her stay and how the cats were acting/feeling. I'm 100% sure they will miss her (especially Filo) and I will definitely call on Kayla again in the future!”

“We needed someone to watch after Chloe while we were down the shore. First time meeting her and instantly knew she would be a great fit to look after our girl. Logan was very commutative , sent detail updates, and lots of great pictures. I would recommend her to anyone who ask. I hope to use her again in the near future as well. Thank you Logan for taking such great care of our girl. She loved you!!”

“I found Tara’s profile when my usual cat sitter wasn’t available. As a Cat owner on a largely dog friendly app, I was happy to see in Tara’s profile pictures of cats and her bio stating that she has grown up with cats, which helped me feel assured that she would know how to deal with them. Especially since cats can be so different from dogs sometimes. We setup a meet and greet. Tara gave me plenty of heads up when she was arriving at our house. She was super, super sweet and very calm with our cat. Tara told us she juggles a few other drop ins for dogs and cats, which led me to believe she is a very good pet sitter, if she has regulars. Also, Perrie (our cat) was super interested in her smell and spent the whole time smelling Tara, which I felt was a very good sign that Perrie would learn to relax faster with someone whose scent she is interested in. I was impressed because Perrie did not swipe or hiss at her at all. She did nibble her wrist but otherwise Perrie seemed calm. We booked her and went on our trip. With our indoor security camera we were able to monitor Tara’s work in real time or after the fact, but Tara was also extremely diligent in updating the report card for each drop in. She went above and beyond and Perrie seems super fond of her. While our cat was still a bit unsure about her, she did end up sitting on Tara’s lap a few times and was able to play with her comfortably which was amazing and very rare for strangers!!!! Litter box clean up was so neatly done, and the food diligently prepared and cleaned up. She even helped us bring in our mail! I was so happy with how Tara did. I felt very assured and at ease knowing she was there to take care of things. I 100% recommend her!!!!!”

“hat can I say about Steve other than he is absolutely amazing! I recently moved and was nervous about switching dog walkers (as if moving wasn’t stressful enough). I have two adorable and energetic pups both with their own very distinct personalities and I was concerned how they would warm to a new person walking and caring for them in my absence. They can be a bit challenging to walk together and I don’t like separating them, so I was hoping for someone that could handle and understand that. Alas, when I met Steve all my worries were put to rest. Upon our first meeting he was completely thorough and professional with such a warm presence, the pups to took to him immediately. It’s been about 2 months now and I couldn’t be happier. I get daily texts and check-ins with a quick breakdown of how their walks went and am always feeling confident that they’re in great care. I would definitely recommend Steve to anyone in need of an experienced and fantastic dog walker. You and your pups won’t regret it!”
