I worked in a small animal veterinary hospital for about six months back in the day and intially w/out further info except reviews etc. here on ROVER, from the begining, I could tell Arianna has that natural intuition+. My pup is actually a bit of a larger(~95lbs.) older guy(~10-11yr's old). He's a sweety but still very tenacious and can be a handful especially at the beginning of his walk or if he sees another neighborhood K-9 friend along the way he really wants to just say hi to. Arianna handles him w/zero issue though. Even my wife who's used to walking him finds it difficult but Arianna has a way about it that just plain works.
