About: Hello! My name is Ava, i’m 19, and i’m a HUGE dog person. I’ve had dogs my whole life, big and small, lazy and crazy, girls and boys. I also have tonsssss of experience with reactive pups. I’m the main dog walker in the family. I’ve also dog sat for many families and I’ve worked for a doggy daycare/boarding facility. I know how to read body language and how to approach nervous pups. During drop-ins and overnight stays, I will ensure that your pet has fresh water, a clean potty (whether that be a litter box or backyard), and is kept on schedule with meal times and medications. But it is not all work—also play! I will take your pet for walks and provide some entertainment while their usual play-partners are away.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
