“I am a travel nurse and was in Winston-Salem from mid October thru mid January and Natalie and her daughter watched my chihuahua Lilah on my workdays. Lilah loved her daycare days and loved to play with her daughter and her dogs Raegan and Kennedy. She knew when I pulled into their driveway and would start wagging her tail and trembling a little with excitement. On her last day, when I rang the doorbell to drop her off, Lilah was even scratching their door to get inside faster lol. I was happy Lilah had a place to stay and to play and definitely recommend Natalie (and her daughter) for all your dogsitting needs! About: I have two dogs personally and have been a dog sitting for friends & family for many years. Whether your pet needs structured playtime, quiet companionship, or a little help getting around, I’ve got it covered! I work full time from home so I am always home to help with whatever your dog needs may be. I take my personal dogs on multiple walks per day during my breaks and will be happy to provide the same care for your dogs. I have a back deck with a gate that is completely closed in that my dogs personally LOVE! We sit out there and sunbathe and watch the birds. I also take them on multiple walks per day to make sure we are getting plenty of exercise. In the evenings and on weekends we like to venture out for a hike or go to the local dog park.

About: I have spent my whole life around dogs. From a young child to current day, I've always had a pet in my life. I have cared for outdoor dogs, indoor dogs, fish, and snakes. I've also cared for and been around most ages of dogs from 8 week puppies to elderly companions. I love spending time outdoors with them, sunshine, snow, pools, treks, mud, or wherever. My two kids are in school so I'll have plenty of time for your pet. My kids are comfortable around pets so even after school, I'm still available for care. I'm also available to board any day or night of the week. I'm close to parks and Pilot Mountain trails. I have plenty of backyard space for you pet to run and even a ramp entrance for pets with mobile difficulties. I have a backyard space for healthy walking/running. I have plenty of toys to keep your pet active and cushions for relaxing. I have a crate available if needed. I also have a dog of my own to keep your pet company. My dog is allowed on all the furniture in the house and yours is welcome to join in for cuddles.

“My dog's stay with Vicki FAR Exceeded my expectations. My dog has terrible separation anxiety and has not done well in the past when I've left him with someone besides doggy day care. Vicki knew I was nervous about how the dog would do. We spent a while talking about his personality and how he would be most comfortable. A while after I left, she sent a text and photo of how well he was doing. I was so relieved!!! When I returned to her home and pulled in the driveway, I was so happy to see my dog relaxing with her, contentedly listening to some relaxing music for dogs. He was so chill. I would definitely recommend her to others. She has no other pets or kids and really goes the extra mile to make sure your pet is comfortable.”

About: My name is Nancee and I can't wait to meet your Pup! I am new to N.C. and loving it! I've been a lover of nature and animals since I was a child. I've had dog children since I was a teenager and am super responsible. I live in a spacious home with lots of room to play and a nice neighborhood to walk in. I give lots of updates and pics of your pup, like I myself would appreciate if someone was caring for my own. Making animals happy makes me happy. 😊 I'm currently working from home which gives me a flexible schedule to accommodate your pups needs. I know exercise and playing is important to younger pups and I'm able to provide walks, playing with toys, or belly rubs. I have a medium size friendly and Zen dog at home. He's a lover boy to the extreme. I have a large backyard with some wooded area and also live in a peaceful neighborhood to go on doggy walks.

About: I’ve been a vet tech for about 5 years. Before that, I managed a pet boarding facility. I grew up on a farm, so I’ve been caring for dogs and cats all my life. Im a toddler mom, and I currently work as an emergency vet tech so I’m great at keeping calm in stressful situations. I’m a stay-at-home mom during the week, and then I work on Saturdays, so I’m pretty flexible with my schedule! I will have to bring my toddler with me to any visits on a weekday if it’s before 4 pm. When I’m caring for a pet, I always play with them and make sure they get quality interaction with me. I also check over their physical appearance to make sure they’re healthy and safe. As a vet tech, I’m very concerned with pets’ health and wellbeing.

About: I’m an animal lover who’s taken care of pets for over 20 years! Our family has one sweet dog, two cats, and my daughter has three pet rats (they are so smart and sweet - really!!). I’m a freelance video editor and also teach as an adjunct film instructor, but have lots of free time on my hands that I’d love to fill with fresh air, exercise and playtime with your pets! Looking for dog walking opportunities, but I’m also available for drop-in visits and house sitting. I’m currently blocked off Monday and Wednesday from 12-3, when I teach, but other than that I’m available! Can do early mornings or late nights if needed, and I’m happy to come back for multiple visits per day. I’m safety oriented and always want to ensure your pets feels safe and loved. I always double check that doors and gates are secured before I leave, and dogs are always leashed on walks, etc. I’m tall and fairly strong and can handle even the most rambunctious, oversized breed.

About: I have had a cat and a dog since I was young, so I understand the need to be attentive at all times. I understand the need to be caring but yet stern. I have trained my current dog, Frankie. I think what sets me apart is the ability to be playful with dogs, and my calm and patient demeanor. I have a dog and two cats so I am constantly taking my dog for walks, cleaning up after the cats, feeding all of the animals, and changing the litter for the cats. I provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where they can relax and follow their usual routine. I make sure they get attention, exercise, playtime, and love. I maintain feeding, and medication schedule.
