About: I’ve been caring for cats and dogs for about 10 years now, through my friends, family, neighbors and my own 2 puppies! I’m a college athlete who’s very active, so I’m happy to run/play and keep energetic dogs exercised while also making sure they feel loved, safe, and cared for! Pet care has always been a part of my daily routine, caring for my own two dogs! However, I’m a college student now, who lives an hour away from home, but I’m back for weekends and have plenty of free time to care for pets! I provide a safe, fun environment for pets. I have a fenced yard for running around outside, and two friendly dogs who would love to make friends! About: I have been taking care of the pets of family friends and people who they recommended me to them. I’ve taken care of cats, dogs, turtles, and one very friendly cockatiel. I work part-time at the moment, but I am available most weekdays during the day & evening, and during the earlier morning & during the afternoon on weekends. This is of course subject to change in unforeseen schedule changes, but is a fair baseline. I currently have two cats and soon a dog at my own Home, so currently I’m not able to provide boarding. However, I’m able and happy to drive to check in on and take care of your four legged friends, and will make sure to spend as much time with them as you’d like. I will clean up any mess your pet has made or take them out to use the bathroom(in the case of dogs), feed them, & of course make sure they get a proper level of attention. I also do mail collection if you’re going to be away a while.

“Ruth came by to help out with our two dogs while we were out of state for the day. While we'd met Ruth and Keith once before, we hadn't used their services prior to now. Our two large dogs - specifically the oldest dog - can be VERY stubborn. Like, "might-feel-like-giving-up-convincing-him-to-get-off-the-couch" kinda stubborn. But both Ruth and Keith seemed convinced they could manage it, and they were RIGHT! Ruth came by to help out that day, and she was AWESOME. Apparently, both dogs were easy to deal with (go figure), and they even gave her a little snuggle time while she was here. We will DEFINITELY be contacting Ruth and Keith again in the future. About: Hi my name is Avery and I am new to the Calvert area, as my husband recently got stationed at Andrew’s. I have grown up with pets my whole life and love being around animals. I currently have two dogs of my own, a Beagle and a Great Dane. So I am definitely accustomed to various dog sizes! I currently work part time as and ER nurse, and usually only work a few days a week. As a military spouse, I do have access to the base, if needed. I know how hard it can be leaving your furry friends at home all day, so I would love to help! Please reach out of you have any questions. I usually work 1 to 2 days a week at the hospital. As a nurse, I also understand difficult schedules that can be hard on pets. Safety is a priority when caring for pets. It is important to me that I understand your pet’s behavior and anything that can it easier for all parties during walks or drop-ins.

About: I truly treat pets like they are people. I am always gentle and kind to all animals, and I make sure their needs are met. I am currently working part time in the evening, so I can watch, walk, feed pets in the early morning, mid day, and late evening.
