About: I have taken care of friends and family pets since I was 13 years old. I enjoyed caring for pets with walking, feeding, and playing inside and out. Pet care fits into my daily routine as I already take care of my own two pets on a daily basis. I always make it a point to give them attention and comfort. About: I’ve been caring for cats and dogs for about 10 years now, through my friends, family, neighbors and my own 2 puppies! I’m a college athlete who’s very active, so I’m happy to run/play and keep energetic dogs exercised while also making sure they feel loved, safe, and cared for! However, I’m a college student now, who lives an hour away from home, but I’m back for weekends and have plenty of free time to care for pets! I provide a safe, fun environment for pets. “Ruth came by to help out with our two dogs while we were out of state for the day. While we'd met Ruth and Keith once before, we hadn't used their services prior to now. Our two large dogs - specifically the oldest dog - can be VERY stubborn. Like, "might-feel-like-giving-up-convincing-him-to-get-off-the-couch" kinda stubborn. But both Ruth and Keith seemed convinced they could manage it, and they were RIGHT! Ruth came by to help out that day, and she was AWESOME. Apparently, both dogs were easy to deal with (go figure), and they even gave her a little snuggle time while she was here. We will DEFINITELY be contacting Ruth and Keith again in the future. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
