About: I have had breeds of all shapes and sized my entire life. I care for my 2 year old border collie and I have experience handling cats as well. I want to make your pets feel at home even when you are away. I would want the best from my boy when I am away, so I want to provide that service to others! I am full-time employee so I can stop in before and after work on weekdays, and I am free weekends for endless playing ! (I can stay in the evening during the week until around 8-9) I am very respectful of other people’s spaces and would be happy to meet your animal where they are! I do NOT offer boarding currently.

About: I was an owner of a 8yr old Cane Corso who has now passed away from bone cancer. She has had 2 litters whom I cared for. 7 puppies each litter for 8 weeks was such an amazing experience! We have 4 sons and she was always attached to our 3rd son’s hip. We also rescued a beautiful cat, Misaki, who is now 1 1/2. My youngest son begged us for her and she has claimed me. She is the most sweetest thing and loves to cuddle. She follows me everywhere which we should have named her Shadow. If I could bring all the animals into my home I truly would! Myself and my youngest boys ages 16 & 15 would love to care for your animals as we would our own! We now have Briahs grandson Deuce is now 1 1/2 and is huge and a ball of fun! I’m currently a homeschool mom for I’m very flexible. I work part time but I’m available at anytime. I will make sure your babies are well taken care of! I am available three times a day for services and anytime you need your babies needs met. If they need play time we can do that or even just a belly rub after dinner :)

This will not impact my care for your pets I have a 5 year old cat and she has all of the toys she needs and I can get toys for animals I sit as well.

“Michael was an awesome pet sitter for my 2 kitties. Each time Michael visited them, he made sure to spend quality time with them. He even worked himself to get the cats to come to him. My girl cat, it takes patience with her as she is very scared and hides and Michael really wanted her to get some attention. There was a slight break in her when Michael wanted to stop by to feed them dinner with my approval even though he was only instructed to just feed them breakfast. Good job Michael and think you so much for being available to take care of them! I will use you again in the future!”

About: Hello! As a college student, the last couple years have been the first time in my life when I didn't have a dog in the house. Growing up, we always had animals, as did my extended family, so not being around them has been kind of a bummer. I really enjoy taking care of animals. The sort of love we give and recieve from them is really special, and very important to me. I've been taking care of the family dogs (and cats!), since I was a preteen. Whenever a relative or friend went on a long trip, or a short one, I would be the they asked to check up on the dogs, stay with them, take care of them. Sometimes that meant staying in the home, other times just visiting throughout the day. I also have experience taking care of older dogs, young puppies, and those with special medical needs. For many years, my family had two dogs Jackson and Billie, who were brother and sister and had the same congenital condition. When they had flare-ups I took care of giving them their medicine and keeping an eye on them. I look forward to helping keep your pets safe, healthy, and happy! Luckily, I have quite a bit of flexibility built into my schedule. Most of the work I'm doing can be done from anywhere at most times of day. Because of this, there's some variation week-to-week and day-to-day but I'm happy to move things around to make things work for your family! Of course, all pets are different! I'm happy to work with you to make the best experience for your animal. I'm always delighted to play tug-of-war, fetch, or anything else! I go on multiple walks a day, everyday, so I'm very happy to bring some company along in the form of your pup. If your pets prefer to stay in, though, I can think of no better pastime than cuddling with them.

About: Hi everyone this is an update as of July 2026. I am a retired American Airlines Flight Attendant. I like to travel, do volunteer work, workout, meet my good women friends for coffee, lunch, etc, and spend time with my partner (a retired pilot). We occasionally sit together and he enjoys all my lovable pets as much as I do. I am about as risk free and responsible as they come! Hopefully, I can help out those who need pet/ house sitting. Also available if you just need someone to come for a few hours. These services are for dogs under 20 lbs and cats. If you have larger dogs that do not require walking, I can let them in and out (if you have a fenced in backyard) play with them, exercise, feed, water, meds, etc. Otherwise, if they need walking I need to stick to the under 20lbs. I can sit and housesit/ visit cats also, my only request is that there is a room for me to sleep in that the cats do not use. Yes, I am slightly allergic and I do wear my mask when brushing them. I have unfortunately, put my Bichon/ Maltese of 16 years down about 4 years ago. So I do not own a dog or cat at present. She had a collapsed trachea and some heart issues and was starting to have high risk seizures at 16. Hence, I am familiar with elder dogs and giving them medications. Before Maddie I had a female golden who lived to be 15 and 1/2. I have also owned two cats over my lifetime. Thank you for your interest and let me know if I can help you out. Also feel free to ask me any questions you may have. I am retired with a couple of hourly volunteer positions and I travel on occasion. Consequently, I have plenty of time to give your dog(s) or cat(s) special attention! Unfortunately, I cannot have the Fur babies over to my house because of my landlord's restrictions, but more than willing to come by to let your dog out for exercise, walk, feed, water, snuggle, and give medications. I can also spend the night while you're on vacation, check your mail, and water plants.

About: I’m comfortable caring for pets of all kinds! not just dogs and cats, but reptiles, rabbits, and many more! I treat every pet like my own, especially by adapting my care to their specific needs, routines, and personalities. I have a turtle and a dog so IM very used to showing love to these attention needing furballs! Everyone deserves a bit of love and I have plenty to go around! I can wash you dog up really nice even give them a trim. I have a dog and a big yard,(it’s not fenced). However, our dogs can keep each other company run around come inside eat snacks and even have cuddle time!

About: I’ve worked many professional jobs that have allowed me the opportunity to work with cats and dogs from all ranges of breeds and ages. I have my own dog as well as 5 household cats! I love the joy pets bring into our lives and I enjoy caring for them. I’m flexible with most schedules and can incorporate them into my schedule. As long as I know of any changes ahead of time, I will always try my best to meet your needs. I respect others’ homes with the upmost regard and strictly follow instructions given i.e., “walk dog, ensure they have clean water, feed kibble” etc. Any specifics can be discussed and mutually agreed upon.

About: I have been around animals for nearly all of my life, and have made it my life mission to assure the care and comfort of as many of them that come into my path as possible. As a former senior level kennel worker at a doggy daycare, a previous small animal specialist at various retail stores, and with animal shelter volunteer hours under my belt, I am surely qualified and would be elated to take care of your babies when you’re either away or have other priorities to focus on. As of a few months ago, I was working full time at a doggy daycare in Hughesville, where I fed, bathed, walked, and played with clients dogs all day. For over 2 years I was one of our two Senior staff members, meaning that I was also responsible for running the daily staff and assuring the safety and security of the pets at the facility. My additional duties included keeping track of feeding schedules, medication, and potty breaks to ensure the health of the animals as well. I love animals with all of my heart, as it is my life mission to assure each animal that crosses my path gets the maximum amount of care and love that I can give them (even if that’s just a head pat for a baby passing by!!) I currently do not work full time at the moment, as my priorities have shifted toward finishing my college degree at UMD, most of which is online, giving me more than enough time in my schedule to care for animals that I would be responsible for, whether that be feeding, walking, petting, or all of the above! I also am comfortable with house-sitting with the animals, and have had plenty of experience doing so. I typically very early mornings, and am awake until around 11, but that can always be adjusted per need request. Personally, my dog always came to my work with me where he was able to be around me for the majority of the day. When we are home, he is walked before my morning coffee, and every 4 hours after that. I have a pretty decent sized yard, and he loves playing fetch with any ball when we aren’t on walks. My baby only likes to eat at nighttime, so that’s when he is fed, as he is a small boy who would prefer to leave his food alone during the day. Understanding each individual dog, not only what nutrients they require, but how exactly they should eat as well, is very important. When we are not walking on a leash or playing in the yard, he is inside my home where we play with his favorite plushie toys! Come afternoon time, he gets one, out of a selection of delicious treats to assure his happiness and comfort throughout the day. Whatever way that the client prefers, I would assure the same level of happiness and comfort with their dog too!
