About: I love all dogs! If there is a dog at a social event, I am the kind of person that you will find playing with the dog! I've been around all kinds of dogs my whole life. I've fostered and eventually adopted a rescue pup. I have experience with small dogs, medium dogs, and even very large ones! My last pup was a Great Dane named Onyx, unfortunately, he crossed the rainbow bridge last year. I miss him dearly. We haven’t adopted a new pup yet so I’m hoping to spread some love to pups that need to be walked! I will take care of yours like my own! 💛 I work a hybrid schedule. (Some days virtual, some days in the office) Just let me know what your pup needs and we can figure something out! Previously owned mastiff, bully breed dogs, hounds, huskies, also cats, gerbils, rats, zebra finches, fresh water and saltwater tropical fish. I'm available evenings and weekends during the school year. Additional daytime availability from June to September. Northfield, MN daytime visits can be negotiated as needed. My single level home has a fully enclosed six foot privacy fence and dog doors out to the yard. Splash pad and wading pool available in the warm months.

About: I have taken care of 3 different dogs over the past 10 years. i worked on training them soon after my parents would bring them home and I really put in my time and effort towards my pets. I am currently working part time so I would have lots of time to spend with your pets! Whenever I am not working I will be available. I have multiple crates for your dog if needed, play pen,and an electric fence, and many dog toys. My dog is a two year old cavapoo and he is a certified therapy dog so he is very calm and friendly.

About: I have taken care of neighbors dogs as a child and owned dogs as an adult. I’ve had a lot of experience with different pets - dogs, cats, fish, hedgehogs, hamsters, turtles, lizards, Guinea pigs. My kids currently have Guinea pigs and we hope to add a dog into the mix someday. We would treat your dog just like our own and are willing to follow your routine. I work a hybrid schedule with some days at home and some in the office. I’d be available at home for frequent potty and play breaks. Your pet will be treated as one of our own. We’ll follow your schedule to keep it consistent and more comfortable for your pet. We have lots of room for high energy dogs to run and lots of spot for the more laid back dogs to nap in the sun.

About: I’ve owned dogs my whole life. I currently have 3 and live on a 6 acre farm where the dogs can run and play all day. I’m currently between jobs but anticipate that my next work will be WFH so I can care for the dogs and other farm animals day in and day out. While the yard is not fenced per se, I do have invisible fencing if your dog is used to that system. I have 3 of my own dogs that know the boundaries and stay within them. I have a 3 bedroom house with 2 of the bedrooms unoccupied so there is plenty of space. I have crates of different sizes of your dog prefers to be crated for any length of time. One of my dogs is crated when not home the other 2 are free to roam the house and very well behaved.

About: Through either the companion animals my wife and I have welcomed into our home, or through the work I did at the local animal shelter as both a kennel attendant and volunteer, one of my few passions in life is providing care to and spending time with animals. For a number of years, I lived with companion rabbits—our time with them taught me a lot of patience, and gave me a heightened sense of when something might be wrong with their health. For a few years we lived with a special needs cat, and we currently are living with an Olde English Bulldog—all of these animals are of course different, for myriad reasons, but they also have a number of similarities in the personalities that if you spend enough time around them, you'll grow to see and understand. The time I spent as a volunteer and attendant at the shelter was a great lesson in how to be efficient and effective in tending to a number of animals at once—sometimes upwards of 20 cats that all needed their areas cleaned, food and water refreshed, and sometimes given medication. As a volunteer I worked with especially shy and frightened animals who had recently been surrendered and were not adjusting well to life at the shelter. This, like my own time living with rabbits, was the chance to learn more patience, and work with an animal until they open up more. I am, like, very available to care for your animal. Friday and Saturday I have a commitment in the morning, but would be ready to check in on whomever after 11 a.m certainly, and I would like to think that overall, I am relatively flexible and can manage time well. In my own home, I more or less put an animal's needs ahead of my own. If I were to check in on an animal of any kind in someone else's home, I would be respectful of their house rules, and also try to get to know the animal within their own space and interact with them there.

About: I have owned both cats and dogs, and I love the care that comes with owning these selfless creatures. Whether it’s playing string with cats, or going for long walks with energetic dogs, it’s a joy to interact with each of their unique personalities. I’m a dog park regular, a cat favorite and have experience with dogs from training puppies to working with elderly dogs. My schedule is, at this time in my life, rather open. I’m not in school right now, and I am lucky to be able to do pet-sitting as a steady means of work at this time in my life. During the week, I typically have a few consistent dogs that I walk for, as well as a few overnight pet-sitting jobs a few times per month. I’d love for you to be one of them! Because of this, it makes it easier for me to stay with the pet for a majority of the time, if desired. If I need to leave, it’s usually just to go home and cook my husband dinner, do a few errands or to walk/check on another pet. It all depends on your pet’s needs and habits. Feeding, bathroom and attention are the basics, but besides that I can be extremely active, going for long or several walks/day and lots of playing with toys, to more relaxed, following your animal’s needs. Hanging out with pets is as much for me as it is for the owner I’m working for and their pet. I find lots of fulfillment through spending time with animals, whether it’s my own or Rover clients. I have met many families on here that were strangers at first that eventually became a consistent friend/client.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, my mom worked as a dog sitter and trainer, so I grew up learning how to care for pets and build a strong, lasting, bond. I spent 5 years working at a dog daycare and boarding facility, where I cared for pups of every size, age, and personality – from playful puppies to gentle seniors to the lovable chaos gremlin. With my background in training and years of hands-on experience, I understand how important it is to build trust and create a secure environment. I take the time to connect with each pet so they feel safe, seen, and understood. I’m extremely mindful of safety protocols – doors and gates are always securely closed, even if I’m just stepping out for a moment. On walks, I use an extra leash for added security. I also never give treats unless they’re approved by you to avoid any upset tummies or allergic reactions.

I am kind and compassionate to every animal I meet. I will give your dog the adequate exercise and care they need! I am available anytime during the day for your pets. I try to update my calendar daily as of now I am pretty open for bookings! I have a fenced in yard for you babies to play. I have one fur baby that will keep your babies company. If dogs recall is good I am willing to take them around are 5 acres of land to run free and play as well.

About: I’ve been caring for my own dogs in all different sizes since I was 10 years old! I’m great at walking, feeding, caring, and playing with your dog.
