About: Animals have been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember. I raised my cat from a tiny kitten and cared for my English Cocker Spaniel, Lucy, from her puppy years through old age. Both lived long, happy lives filled with love, attention, and dedicated care. I’ve also provided basic grooming and hair trimming in the past. While I no longer offer it as a formal service, I’m always happy to help keep your pet clean and comfortable during their stay. In addition to small animals, I have over 10 years of experience working with large animals through professional equestrian sports, including caring for my own horses. That background has given me a strong instinct for reading animal behavior, staying calm in all situations, and building trust with pets of all kinds. I’m trained to handle basic medical needs like giving injections (subcutaneous or intramuscular), cleaning wounds, and assisting with post-surgical care. I know what it means to love an animal deeply, and I take that responsibility seriously. I currently study remotely, which gives me a very flexible daily schedule. I’m home most of the time and can give your pet consistent care, attention, and companionship throughout the day. My husband works five days a week, so I’m usually home alone during the day — fully available to care for your dog or cat without distractions. I can adapt to their energy and needs, whether they prefer playtime, quiet companionship, or structured walks. I also go jogging on some mornings and would love to bring your dog along if they enjoy an active lifestyle. On weekends, I often head to nearby parks, trails, or even the beach — and your dog is welcome to join me for fun outdoor adventures. I live just three minutes from downtown Monrovia in a modern, pet-friendly building. The space is quiet, clean, and welcoming. My apartment is on the second floor with windows facing a peaceful courtyard and pool — cats especially love sitting at the windows to watch birds and people go by. All windows are securely screened for safety, and the environment is calm and structured to help pets feel at ease. We also have a private dog run, a shaded backyard, and a walking path perfect for relaxing strolls throughout the day. As an added bonus, our building includes a fully equipped pet spa room with grooming tubs, shampoos, and a high-powered dryer — ideal for giving your pet a refreshing clean-up during their stay. My husband and I live a calm, healthy lifestyle with no bad habits. While we don’t currently have pets of our own, we welcome each furry guest with open hearts and treat them like family. Your pet’s comfort, trust, and happiness are my top priorities.

About: I’ve been caring for dog’s and cat’s since the young age of 8. I’ve always had a passion for the love of animals, and till this day the love continues. I’m currently a foster for neonatal kittens and sometimes I have pups. I’ve been in the husbandry field of animals for along time and even now from home I’m always caring routinely for all of my pets. I treat all animals from cats to dog as if they were my own baby’s, I provide a loving caring environment where your pet can stimulate their mind and have fun.

“My sister's dog Winnie is difficult to say the least but I didn't want to leave her alone for a particularly long work day. At the time I also had a sweet foster puppy who is a bit fearful of new people. With a long list of things to watch out for with a reactive dog like Winnie, plus a fearful puppy, we didn't think we'd have a chance at finding someone who would take it all on. Luckily, Eric didn't bat an eye and was perfectly happy to offer his home to the two of them. Not only that, his sweet kids were so welcoming and it looked like everyone had a wonderful day at the park and cuddling on the couch. I really appreciate the effort put into watching our fur babies! Thank you so much Eric and Co.”

About: Have experience with special need dogs. Worked and supported adoption and foster care groups, fostered, and adopted those considered not adoptable: disabled, undesired breeds, and uniquely attractive. Experienced in day sitting, house sitting, and in home sitting. Small, med and large breeds. Seniors with medical needs; physical disabilities and restrictions, and medications. This is my passion I love animals and am especially passionate about dogs. Taking care of animals is a natural Part of my daily routine. Walking, playing and loving pets fills my heart. I love each of their individual personalities and find their company gratifying. My schedule is open and I am very flexible. I am open and work to met the needs of my clients. In my clients homes I ask for instructions regarding their special wants and needs. Your dog is my highest priority. I look forward to walking your dog, playing in the backyard and/or in the home depending on the routine and needs of your dog. I feed and give meds on schedule per requests. If I stay the night, I follow the directions of the owner. I will leave your home in the state in which I found it. I will change linens if requested. At my home I will also ask for written instruction and follow accordingly. I have a large secure backyard for play, we can play inside if that is preferred and have a great area to walk.

About: I grew up on a small farm in the countryside surrounded by animals. Since I was a child, I have always taken care of many pets. I often say that taking care of pets is much more than just a job, it is a hobby and like a therapy for me! I am currently working remotely which makes my schedule extremely flexible. I have full control over my schedule and am definitely more than available to play with your puppy! Taking care of pets means knowing how to respect their space. I like to make pets comfortable within their own routine and space, creating a connection of trust and care.

About: I love dogs and get excited whenever I see one! I’m also a great trainer when it comes to walking correctly and potty training. If I get the chance to take care of your dog I promise to follow all rules an owner provides and keep the pets happy while they are gone. This is a perfect side job for me because I love dogs and I’m actually doing something I would enjoy while making extra income. I will go above and beyond to take care of the pets by playing with them and taking walks. Anything extra an owner would need I can provide! Here are some reasons why we might be a great fit for your pup: - We only sit 1 dog at a time - We both work remotely from home Monday to Friday - We've been on a dog schedule for many years (no sleeping in for us, haha) - Our place is already doggy-proofed 🐾 How frequently can you take my dog out? Since we both work from home, we're able to take your dog out for potty breaks every 3 to 4 hours, with long walks in between—if your dog's endurance allows it. 🏠 Do you ever leave the dogs home alone? We both try to stay home when sitting a dog. If we need to briefly step out, we give the dogs have their own separate and safe spaces. 💛 Are you able to cater to my dog’s special needs? We’re happy to accommodate special requests like: refraining from vacuuming if your dog's scared of noise, putting shoes away if your dog's a little shoe snacker (haha), etc. Please let us know every detail on how we can keep your dog safe and comfortable. 📸 Do you send photo and video updates? I love sharing updates! I send photos and or videos with every booking – usually a couple to few times a day. I know how comforting it is to know your dog's happy. 📪💌🤠 Please feel free to reach out if you have any other questions. I typically reply back within the hour. Thank you so much! I am currently working part time, so I am home most days. When I’m not, my partner is home. If we need to leave the house briefly, your dog will have a safe space where he could roam around, which is our living room/kitchen. We have a dog park at our apartment complex, where we can take them to use the restroom and run around. There’s also walking paths near by where we can go for long walks.

About: I have grown up with pets all my life and have had experience with dogs, cats, reptiles, aquatic species, and many other different animals. When I was five my dad got me my first cat and since then I have grown up with animals all my life. I have also traveled and visited family with pets. I have taken care of family, neighbors and friends pets. When your pets stay in my care I will make sure to provide fresh water, food, cuddles, play time and make sure to take them potty. Yes I ride horses and you can tell that I have passion for animals. If not available will let you know what days I am available. My house well the back yard is fenced but dogs will only be outdoors when going potty and there is no way for them to escape unless the doors are open which is not likely to happen. Also dogs are always on leash when going outside. You are most welcome to come and check out my house first before booking for your pets if unsure of the safety of your pets.
