About: I have experiences with different breeds of dogs from Lhasa Apso to Great Danes! I’ve been trusted to watch and feed dogs for my neighbors, family friends, etc. for over 5 years and I’ve never met a dog I didn’t absolutely adore. I am currently working at Johnson & Johnson in Warsaw but travel home on the weekends and would love to help watch your fur babies! I’m solely doing visits to client’s homes. I am a detail oriented person and will gain the trust of your pet before anything to ensure that they are comfortable with me being around. I will follow any directions given to me and will be transparent with any questions/concerns I may have about your pet.
About: I’ve taken care of animals since I can remember. From family, friends, neighbors and even teachers, they have relied on me to feed, medicate, walk, groom, play and love their babies like my own. Every animal is different, but always loved! I’m currently and fortunately a stay at home mom so my schedule is pretty open! During the school year, I’m available after 9am and could work afternoon needs around pick up times. About: Back home my family has 2 dogs, a 13 yr old chihuahua spaniel and a 5 year old pit bull. I have experience with dogs of different ages and breeds as well as house training puppies. I work as an aquatics director at a YMCA so I have the freedom to come and go from work for the most part for doggy potty breaks. I love playing with dogs and will play with dogs for hours. I cared quite often for a dog with congestive heart failure who needed medicine & needed monitored for his breathing & risk for fainting. I’ve also cared for blind dogs and older dogs with dementia. Some of the dogs I’ve watched take medicine or have dietary supplements and restrictions. I’ve never had any pet emergencies while pet-sitting for others, but did have to take my family dog on an emergency run in her final days which resulted in her passing from old age at 16 years. I mention this to say, if an emergency would ever arise while pet sitting- I am familiar with the process to get the dog help. I have MedVet info saved to my phone so you can rest easy knowing I am prepared for any out of the ordinary circumstances any time of day or night. I also like cats & have done cat sitting on a more rare occasion, including homes with a cat and dog, or only cats. I have lived with a cat who was very close to me in recent years so I am familiar with their behaviors and needs. I’ve also administered medication to a cat with FIV although it is a bit tricky.
