“Abigail took care of our cats so wonderfully when we were out of town. She sent us pictures of them and kept us updated about things. She was super easy and efficient in terms of communication, and promptly answered any of our questions. The cats had a great time with her; our cats love people, so they cuddled with her and got a lot of pets from her. Highly recommend Abi, she will love your pets like her own. Thanks so much, Abi! ♥️”

“Jordan was fantastic! She arrived promptly and sent us photos of the pups to let us know she was there and the pups were well :). She continued to send us photos (and she got some great shots) in a way that was comforting and just the right amount. The house was in great shape when we got home. It was such a relief to know that our dogs were in their own environment. We are all looking forward to our next opportunity to have Jordan do a drop in visit or stay when we travel.”

“Rhoda did a great job taking care of my cat while I was on vacation! She went above and beyond and by the pictures she sent I could tell my cat was enjoying his “vacation” as well. I will definitely be booking her for future sittings! Thank you, Rhoda!”

“Michele was great. I was a little nervous because Angel just lost his brother and is having separation anxiety. She was very good with him ans stayed and comforted him. We will definitely use her again.”

“Rebecca took care of our two pups while we were away in Mexico for our wedding. As a first time Rover user, I was a bit nervous leaving my dogs with a complete stranger. Rebecca dropped by a few days before to meet the two dogs. They are both chihuahuas so to say it went well would be a lie. Even though our dogs barked non stop, she remained calm the entire time. We left instructions for her and asked her to keep us posted everyday. Rebecca not only sent us sweet pictures of our dogs but also informed us of how they were doing. She stayed the entire time at our house and kept it clean and organized. She picked up our mail and even watered our plants. By the end of the week, Daisy and Pam Pam loved Rebecca and I’m sure they were sad to see her leave. Rebecca was sweet, caring and loving to our dogs. We will definitely use Rebecca again, she’s the BEST!”

“Blair home sat Lacey and followed our care instructions, which are a complex because of what and how we feed her. The house was also tidy. Blair communicates well and has a pleasant manor and kind demeanor. We'd would have liked daily pictures but still recommend Blair wholeheartedly.”

About: I have over 40 years of experience raising and caring for dogs, from playful puppies to beloved seniors. I adjust my care to each dog’s unique personality, follow owner guidance closely, and happily provide updates and photos if desired. I work from home most days and have a very flexible schedule. I am able to do daily drop-ins in the mornings and evenings, or stay in your home to give more attention and care as needed. I do not offer care in my home as my own cats are uncomfortable with other animals. I am able to provide care in your home based on your needs and preferences.

“Katherine was the BEST! She house sat Wiley, my 2 year old pit bull, for several days while I was away. She kept me updated with texts and photos of Wiley. Katherine took Wiley on hikes and several park play sessions throughout each day. When I arrived home, the house was just as we left it and Wiley was a very happy pup. I highly recommend Katherine's services. She is wonderful!”

I’m able to visit your pet multiple times a day, and I spend an ample amount of time on enrichment (mental and physical) as well as just regular feedings. I live in a house in a very walkable area of town near a lot of parks, and a short driving distance from a couple dog parks. I have a fenced in yard that I can bring your dog to have play dates with my dog if that’s something your dog would enjoy. I have three dog-friendly and cat-friendly cats in my home as well. I play with my animals at least 20 minutes three times a day and try to play with client’s pets for 20min every time I visit as well!

About: I have cared for dogs for 2-3 years give or take. I have worked to give pets the most fun and love while their parents are away. I can also work with your pet on different training skills to ensure they're the best behaved. Lastly, I have most of my day available for a few hours so I can give your pet the attention they deserve for most of the day. I'm a student at the University of Tampa. for most of my week, with the exception of Monday and Wednesday, I only have one class. This gives me the majority of my day to take care of your pets. I don't have any pets with me at college, but when I do care for pets. I follow the instructions given to me on feeding, I give a minimum of 2 walks a day and several smaller outings that allow the pet to go to the bathroom. I play and snuggle with the pets as they please and give treats for good behavior.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats as long as I can remember. My family has grown up with them and I’ve always had an animal in my home for over 20 years! Happy to help where i can with yours. I do not have any pets in my apartment since I recently moved to Tampa! I work remote so please just double check with me on availability but I am often times more than flexible to accommodate at any time! I am currently in the transition of moving apartments so I am waiting for further information on my future locations pet rules. I am not doing bordering on rover so shouldn’t be an issue regardless!

Danielle H.
“My family and I refer to Danielle as the dog whisperer. We have two dogs, Max, a laid back black lab, and Marley, a very energetic beagle. Both dogs absolutely adore Danielle. In fact, they often look at me like what are you doing back so soon. Danielle is extremely attentive and focused on the needs of the dogs. She takes them on walks, trips to the dog park and an occasional pup cup from Starbucks. She has had to give Max his meds and has done so with no problem at all. We have hired her to stop over during the day for dog walks, as well as stay overnight when necessary. I have always been impressed with her professionalism, she takes her dog walking / watching duties very seriously. You can count on Danielle to care for your dogs as if they were her own!”

Magdiel C.

Drew Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
Michele was amazing. She gave my puppy Lila a grand adventure while I was out of town for the weekend. She sent plenty of pictures and updates to keep me informed. I know my pup was in great hands and looked so happy in all of her pictures. I’m so lucky to have found Michele to house and dog sit for me, she made it less stressful and easy! Will definitely use her again!

Joe was excellent. He stopped by for a meet-and-greet a week prior to the stay and was attentive to my concerns regarding my dog’s anxiety. He handled everything with care and professionalism. Throughout the stay, he provided frequent and detailed updates, and we returned to find the house in even better condition than when we left which was a blessing to see after a very early morning flight.

Nusa was an amazing pet and house sitter while we were gone! She took such good care of my babies and even did some extra cleaning around the house! She sent pictures every day, which we loved and we were so assured that our pets were getting the best care!

Ariana did a great job of watching my dogs and taking care of my home! All of the things I asked of her, brining in packages and mail, filing up pool, etc on top of taking care of the dogs- she did it all. She also sent pictures and was very responsive to texts. Will definitely rebook!

We were impressed by how Jillian went above and beyond, such as providing daily updates and taking good care of both our cats and our home. She stayed in our place for 2 weeks and we felt comfortable knowing that our place was left in good hands. We appreciate that she is a very responsible, respectful and polite person and takes pride in what she does. Communication with her was very easy and she is always responsive but most importantly our cats loved her since the meet and greet. We definitely recommend Jillian to take care of your fur babies

Jessica came to sit my dogs for two weeks at my home when I had to travel internationally. She was wonderful to my dogs who are rescues and can be a little timid. They warmed up to her in no time and loved spending time with her. She was a wonderful caretaker to my pups, was communicative sending update pics about them and left my home just as clean as I left it. I felt great knowing they were in good hands and being so wonderfully cared for. Can’t recommend her enough and will definitely be reaching back out again in the future.

This was our very first time leaving our almost 11 year old pup with a sitter. Needless to say we were very nervous! Jessica calmed our fears right away. During the meet & greet she asked lots of questions to get to know Kobe and his routines. She showed up on time, checked in with us frequently, and sent us photos. Our Kobe had a lot of fun with Jessica and we are so thankful we found her!
