About: I have taken care of pets through most of my life. I love dogs. I stopped owning dogs because of the heartbreak related to when the pass away. I already work a full time job but it’s remote. Therefore house sitting would be an ideal situation for me. Just please be aware that I do need to actually be working, but have an hour lunch as well as scheduled breaks where I can provide all the attention your animal deserves. I make sure to adhere to any of the animals special needs. For instance, elderly pets may have to go outside to use the bathroom more frequently. Not all pets warm up to strangers right away and I know how to be patient.
“Beth is amazing. I booked her from my home in New York for my vacation in Tampa. It was my son’s graduation from UT so many events planned were last minute, involving lots of people. We changed the times and places where Beth would sit for our Yorkie Bichon, Alvin. She was totally flexible and also thoughtful, sending pictures, walking my son’s dog (not part of our prior agreement), careful about his needs. All around terrific. Highly recommend!”

I structure my schedule around walks, playtime, feeding routines, and regular potty breaks. You’ll also receive photo updates so you can relax knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, exercise needs, medications, crate training, and house rules. I understand that every pet is different, so I take the time to learn their personality and preferences. I provide regular updates, photos, and quick communication so you always know how your pet is doing. I treat every home with the same respect I would expect for my own and always leave it clean and secure.

Martyna was absolutely wonderful with my two puppies while I was out of town. I felt completely at ease leaving them with her. Jolie was the best! She watched my two senior dogs with one having urine incontinence. She stayed at our house and was very respectful and very responsive. My pets are my world so I get the anxiety that comes with leaving them with a sitter and felt more then comfortable the whole time!
I cannot say enough good things about Landis—he is AMAZING! He took excellent care of my two big Cane Corsos and treated them like his own. Not only did he provide outstanding care, but he even taught one of my babies how to sit! When I came home, both dogs were calm, happy, and no longer rushing out of their crates. My apartment was spotless and kept incredibly tidy, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It’s clear that Landis genuinely loves dogs and has a special connection with them. My dogs absolutely adore him, and I truly believe he is a dog whisperer! I highly, highly recommend Landis to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and knowledgeable sitter. Patricia was wonderful! This was my first time using Rover and the whole process was great. The meet and greet gives you a chance to interview each other to make sure you have a good fit. My pup seemed very happy and Patricia provided lots of pictures throughout her stay.
