Our senior dog Ruby had several indoor poop and pee accidents indoor in between visits much more than usual. Valerie cleaned up each time she came for drop-in visits. About: I've had dogs all my life and gone through extensive dog training as well as being a foster mom for the Southeast Beagle Rescue. I currently have a beagle named Riley that I adopted through the Humane Society and was unfortunately one of the 4000 Envigo beagles that were rescued. He loves playing with other dogs and is very social. I work from home, which gives me time to spend with your dog. This also makes drop off and pick up convenient for everyone. I also have a two Dog maximum limit. About my home/services: I live in a cozy condo I own in South Tampa with a fenced in backyard. I am fine with dogs on the couch and bed. I have experience with older dogs, special needs animals and administering medication. Expect a lot of pictures and videos of your dog having fun! I require a meet and greet. This way you and your dog will be more comfortable when you leave them in my care since it will not be the first time we have met when you drop them off leading to less stress when you leave. Criteria: Activity level low to medium. Absolutely no puppies. No dogs that bark at everything (unless someone knocks at the door) or dogs with separation anxiety. We look forward to meeting you. 🐶 I work from home, which gives me time to spend with your dog. This also makes drop off and pick up convenient for everyone. Drop off and pick up times are from 8 AM to 9 PM. I have a fenced in backyard. Dogs are allowed on the bed and couch. Feel free to bring their bed or anything else that makes them comfortable. Whatever your rules are, they are the rules here so if they aren't allowed on furniture...no problem.

She’s got a few medical issues, but having her has taught me a lot about anxious/aggressive animal tendencies and the best way to care for them. I understand that some pets are energetic and want to play constantly, while others may be nervous around someone new or just prefer relaxing and getting affection. I’m patient and happy to let your pet warm up to me! I’ll always follow whatever instructions you leave for me because I know how important consistency is, especially when their owner is away. If your pet has a certain feeding time, favorite walking route, favorite toy, bedtime routine, or little habit that makes them comfortable, I want to know about it! More than anything, I’ll make sure your pet receives plenty of attention, supervision, affection, and companionship while they’re with me! 😁 My Schedule 🐾 I’m currently a student at HCC, so I have a pretty open and flexible schedule! On weekdays, I’m usually available anytime from around 1:30 PM onward, which gives me plenty of time for afternoon walks, drop-ins, feeding, playtime, or just keeping your pet company while you’re away! ☺️ My weekends are even more flexible—I’m available pretty much anytime throughout the day, so I can easily work around your pet’s normal routine and schedule. Whether they need an early walk, some afternoon playtime, dinner and a potty break, or extra company later in the day, I’m happy to help! I know pets are happiest when they can stick to the routine they’re used to, so I’ll always do my best to work around their normal feeding, walking, and potty schedule rather than making them adjust to mine. I’m also happy to discuss specific times with you beforehand so we can figure out what works best for you and your pet. 🩷 Safety, Trust & Environment 🐾 Your pet’s safety is something I take seriously. Before caring for them, I’ll make sure I know about any medications, allergies, health concerns, triggers, fears, or behaviors I should be aware of so I can care for them properly and avoid anything that might make them stressed or uncomfortable. I’ll always make sure doors and gates are secure, collars and harnesses are fitted properly, and leashes are fully attached before heading outside. I’ll also stay aware of traffic, other animals, and anything around us that could put your pet in an unsafe situation. If your pet stays with me, I do live with three roommates who all love animals and are comfortable having pets around. I’ll make sure everyone respects your pet’s space and any boundaries you give me, and if your pet is shy or needs a quieter environment, I’ll make sure they have the space they need to relax. I’m also careful about things pets could get into around the home, like food, trash, medications, or anything else that could be harmful. Before leaving, I’ll double-check that everything is secure and that your pet is safe and settled. If anything unexpected happens or I notice something concerning, I’ll contact you right away. I’d always rather ask and be extra careful than assume when it comes to someone else’s pet. 🩷
About: I have always had a love for animals. Growing up with many pets and working at a doggy daycare and animal hospital, I have experience with all kinds of breeds, big and small. I work a 9-5 Monday through Thursday and work from home on Fridays. I always take a walk before or after work and would love to be joined by a furry friend. I always make sure pets go outside at least four times a day and allow an hour a day for playtime/walks. I make sure to feed pets morning and night or follow special instructions left by the owner.

About: I've had my own dog for 11 years now, before that I grew up with a family chocolate lab. I've always had dogs in my life and my sister is a vet so I've experienced a lot and learned a lot. I would never let a dog get hurt! I treat dogs like humans :) I know what to do in many different situations because I've had experience with dogs my entire life, big and small. My boyfriend and I have watched a dog overnight for 2 weeks before. Our dog, Piper is nice and relaxed and gets along well with others. She loves having a friend around like she did when I was in college living with my roommate who had a Maltese. Day to day: I wake up at 7, walk my dog, then feed her. We hang out, I might go run some errands and puppy proof the apartment before I leave. I'll come back and let her out again. At night I let her out once after I feed her at 7, so about 8:30, then once more before I go to bed. I play with my dog a lot and she likes to snuggle. I would do all these things for your dog and anything else you request! My schedule is flexible, so I can fit walks into your dog’s routine with ease. I’m based in South Tampa and happy to travel up to 45 minutes. I keep my bookings consistent and reliable, and I’ll always show up on time and ready to give your pup a great walk. Since I offer dog walking, I come to you and care for your dog in their own familiar environment. I follow your instructions on leashing, routes, and routine exactly. Safety is my top priority: I keep your dog leashed, avoid hazards, stay alert to their body language, and never put them in a situation that feels off. My sister is a vet, so I know how to spot when something is wrong.
