I care for my own fur children but my current work doesn't require my attention for more than couple hours a day so I am very open to scheduling arrangements around any time frame.

Safety, trust & environment
My girls thrive in a calm and consistent environment so that's exactly what I try my best to provide. I prioritize safety at all times, keeping steady routines, closely monitor behavior, and always using pet-safe products. I am always mindful of entrances (mostly not to hit my head) leashes, and feeding times, and I'll never leave pets unattended. I like to build trust with animals through quiet presence, patience, and clear intentions communicated. My goal is to make your animal companion feel secure, comfortable, and cared for like family.

Information Ryan C. would like to know about your pet
I'd love to know some basic info like how many pets you have, their names, age, breed, and size just to help understand the pet's identity. Knowing the sex and whether they are spayed/neutered helps anticipate behavior. This information helps shape my approach, and ensures I can tailor activities and prepare for size-specific needs.
A typical day
I start my morning by reviewing my schedule in the Rover app, and responding to new messages and requests. I prepare my pet-sitting kit that includes water bottles, treats, bags, first-aid, and portable bowl. From there I either run errands, drop-in visits or meeting potential new clients. Like I watch Mac (a large senior lab) regularly and I maintain a low, soothing to avoid startling him, and always follow his routine precisely. He's on a strict diet, then giving him his medicine. Then take him on a gentle outing, a leisurely stroll at his pace around his neighborhood or make him find treats in his backyard. Since Mac is older I usually give him a 5-10 minute back and just joint massage. Which I think is why he loves me. He'll back up on to me the second I see him wanting his rubs. Then make sure he has everything he needs and then I'm off to the next.

Ryan did a great job with watching Kiwi! Would definitely book with him again.

Ryan took great care of our two cats!

Ryan took great care of our three pets, 2 small dogs and a cat. He is a great communicator and was respectful of our home. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a pet/house sitter.

Thanks so much Ryan! Kept me posted every day and sent pics which eased my mind! Will definitely be booking with Ryan again:)
