About: I’ve pet sat since age 10, having 3 dogs of my own growing up. I have pet sit for neighbors, friends, and family through the years Im a student, but my schedule is pretty flexible! About: I have taught my dog multiple tricks and continue working on separation anxiety and reactivity. Since getting my dog I have learned a great deal about dog food, behavior, and training. I've always had love for animals, and have had a dog in the house since I was 4 years old ranging from small dogs too big dogs. Growing up I would binge animal planet and had hopes of being a veterinarian. Now as an adult, I have had Midas for 3 years. I treat every new dog I meet with respect, and of course love. I've learned to be able to adapt my energy and interactions with different dogs depending on their personality. I would love the opportunity to be of service to you and your lovely fur-baby! I will be un-employed from my seasonal lawn and landscaping job starting December 12th. I will be returning to that job sometime April 1st. I also plan on starting an odd jobs side hustle during the winter months. So if i become too busy from odd jobs I will adjust my availability accordingly and stay available for constant communication to ensure no scheduling conflicts. Christmas and new years (December 22nd- January 2) will be limited availability. February 14-21 i will be on a trip to Arizona. I take my dog for a jog every morning, at least one walk, to our little dog park at the apartment two times per day, and the big dog park a couple of times per week. We go on adventures together and explore different walking paths and nature trails. We feed him once a day and ensure he does a series of tricks and waits for the "ok" command before he can eat. We feed him a three way mix of fresh pet, Dr. Harveys, Meats, and Kibble. I intend to provide a healthy and fulfilled life full of play and love for my dog, and I will treat your dog the same.

About: I have taken care of my own pets since I was young including dogs, cats, fish, bunnies, and hamsters. As I am a student-athlete and work part time, pet care is something I like to work into my spare time. Taking care of animals is a passion of mine so I like to try and make time for it each week. I care for pets just as I would want mine to be cared for, making sure I can be the best substitute for you. About: I am currently a proud parent to two cat, so I’m very well versed in their play styles and respecting their boundaries. However I spent my childhood with a loving dog who recently passed away. Navigating his senior years taught me that care isn’t just about walks or treats but about patience, sometimes administering medication, and recognizing subtle cues of a senior pet that may need a little extra comfort. Whether your pet is a high energy pet or senior pet who needs a gentle hand, I provide intuitive, dedicated, and delicate care that I’d want for my own. I’m currently a college student, but have lots of time to care for your pets! I’m available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:30 PM-4:00 PM or 5:30 PM-10:00 PM. Thursday- Sunday I’m available anytime after 7:00 PM. Whatever your pets need, I have it covered and their safety is always my number one priority. From double checking that every gate is latched and every lease is secured/correctly on to closely monitoring your pets for any sign of discomfort, ill treat your home and your pets with the highest level of care. Whether it’s following a strict medication schedule or navigating a high energy walk, I’m prepared for any situation!

About: I grew up with pets. I love all animals of the sort and I will update and send photos and videos of your pets. I treat all animals as if they were my own. I'm currently working part-time, and have plenty of time to look after pets. As I own 2 cats of my own, and have had dogs in the past, I understand what they need and would love to look after yours! I follow the routine your pet already knows, including feeding times, walk schedules, playtime, and any rules or training cues you use so nothing feels stressful or unfamiliar.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have had experience with pups of all walks of life. As I got older, my friends got cats and I love a good kitty snuggle. I’m the friend that checks on the animals when you have to go out or hit up vacation! I work full time but work from home partially through the week! Usually available most weekday evenings after 5pm and would be available on set weekends for additional care beginning in the afternoons. I have a large fenced in backyard and work from home part of the week. I also have a separate area for crating, if needed. My own pup, Cricket, would love to have a buddy even now and again!

About: I have taken care of animals my whole life. I have always had at least one cat, and had dogs for 17 years of my life. I have also taken care of family and friends’ pets while they are out of town plenty of times. I am available all day every day for any kind of pet needs, and I can house cats overnight, however, I am unable to house dogs overnight. I am within walking distance of a dog park, and can bring animals inside or outside, whichever their needs are. I can also keep and transfer pets inside crates as needed.

I started volunteering at a humane society in middle school and later gained hands-on experience shadowing veterinary technicians at IndyVet. This helped me learn how to read animal body language, handle different temperaments, and provide safe, attentive care. Growing up, my family had golden retrievers, pit bulls, cats, bunnies, and hamsters, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of pets and personalities. Those experiences taught me how to read animal body language and provide attentive, compassionate care. Whether your pet is high-energy, anxious, or just needs extra attention, I’m comfortable adjusting my care style to meet their needs. I now have a miniature dachshund of my own, so I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet. I’ll treat your furry friend with the same love, patience, and care that I give my own! I’m currently taking some time to enjoy being a recent graduate before starting a new full-time position on June 1st. I work part-time at an emergency shelter-care facility, but my schedule is very flexible, so I’m excited to have plenty of availability to care for pets throughout the week! About: I’ve had a pet since I was 8. I had a little toy poodle for most of my childhood, his name is Gideon. And now I currently have two cats, Moose and Squid. I’ve walked many different kinds of dogs from toy poodles, to big labradors and Germans Shepards. I’m careful of where I walk when I do walk the dog and I make sure to bring water for both of us. I’m proficient in all of the basics when it comes to dogs and cats at this point. I’m basically a go-to, can’t go wrong, option for people looking for a sitter who can handle it all. It fits super easily. I currently only run and I don’t have any other job at the moment as I am a college student staying for the summer to complete a class. I like to know where my cats are almost always. If I can’t find one, I look for a little and usually find them in a new hiding spot. I trust them outside on the top deck patio because they just watch birds, but it took a while for them to earn that trust. But I would never let anyone’s cat I wasn’t familiar with outside, unless I was told to. Nothing hazardous/toxic to cats is left out or used around the house.

Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets I’m currently a student at Indiana University and I am home for the summer so I have plenty of time to care for your pets! About: I've had a dog for as long as I can remember. I've watched over dogs for neighbors, friends, and family. I have had all sorts of pets from cats to dogs to birds. All have been lovely companions and precious members of my family. Back home, I looked after an Australian Shepherd and a terrier mix, so I am very comfortable managing high-energy breeds and keeping them happily exercised. My name is Sierra, and I just moved back to Bloomington, my hometown, after finishing graduate school in Illinois. : ) I grew up on Lake Lemon and love the community in and around Bloomington. I am an artist, athlete, and am generally pretty active around town and in community events. I'd love to meet you and your pets! I grew up in a home with cats and have always been a passionate pet owner. My own cat is 17 and healthy, but I love spending time with dogs too. In my teens, in college, and through adulthood, I've pet-sat for many dogs over the years in order to spend more time with them and learn about their behaviors and needs. I've always wanted my own but have been too mobile to make a full-time commitment. My loss is your gain! I've worked with reactive and non-reactive dogs, small dogs and large dogs, and puppies and elderly dogs. I am very comfortable with animals and, due to my active nature, love taking them on walks around town or at the park. I am happy to also stay home with them if they're in their golden years or are less mobile. I will likely want to know a fair bit about your dog or cat when we first meet to ensure they are well cared for in your absence and to ensure I am prepared and aware of their behaviors if we are around other people and/or other animals. The same rules apply for kitties! I love cat sitting too. All in all, I love animals and genuinely enjoy taking them for walks, spending time with them, and making sure they feel loved. I appreciate detailed instructions for house sitting, especially to make sure your pet is as comfortable and happy as can be while you are away. I do not mind if you'd like photo or text updates throughout the time you are away, so you can rest assured your pet is in good hands. I feel the same when I am traveling! For walks and such, I will still have a few questions to ensure I know how to best care for your pet while interacting with other animals and people. I am able-bodied and active and love walks at all times a day to get my (and their) steps in!

About: What sets me apart is that I really care about each pet like they’re my own. I have experience with both puppies and senior pets. I can help with basic training for puppies, like teaching them to sit or walk on a leash, and I’m also comfortable giving medicine or helping older pets move around if they need it. I always make sure pets feel safe and loved, and attend to houses while there! I currently work part time, about 3 days a week, but I am available on days off and normally work 3-10:30pm, so any time other than that can be put toward caring for pets. At a clients home, I follow basic instructions given to me upon meeting the animal and make sure to send the owner lots of pictures! I also do basic house up keeping to ensure the owner gets back to a clean home.

About: I have been surrounded by dogs since I was 5 years old, and I’ve loved them ever since. I have taken care of my own dog frequently for 7 years, but I have also taken care of dogs for relatives, ranging from puppies to elderly dogs. I am a graduate student at Indiana University, so my class schedule is much lighter. I am able to walk the dogs during the day, and at night. In your home, I can crate your dogs as well as keep them safe and comfortable while making sure that there is nothing dangerous to them.

About: **I have 4 years experience fostering and training reactive, aggressive, and fearful dogs. I’ve seen many transform into well-adjusted companions under my care** I have lots of experience caring for and tending to older dogs and cats with various health issues like hip dysplasia and incontinence, and I have ample experience with puppy and kitten care, too. I am patient and kind even with the highest maintenance puppies. I fostered neglected/previously abused dogs with Carolina Adopt-A-Bulls rescue for over 4 years. I am very experienced with mitigating leash reactivity and caring for heartworm-positive pets throughout their treatment, and I look out for dangerous situations before they happen. I am well versed in canine first aid and wound care. I am also a foster volunteer through the Bloomington Animal Shelter. I do not currently have a foster dog. I am attentive, caring, experienced, and kind. I can’t wait to meet your pets. I am a doctoral student, so I have some flexibility in my schedule. I’m booked up until 6pm on Wednesdays, but have more flexibility the rest of the week. I can take your pup for walks around the neighborhood, campus, or the many parks Bloomington has to offer. I have a comfy dog bed for canine visitors to lounge in while I’m studying.
